Why doesn’t Sourcewave Autopilot use High PR Relevant Links for the linkbuilding ? The links I got has absolutely nothing to do with my niche ! That might be the main reason it is still not ranking after 3 months with the Nuke ($497 per month) Package ?

      • ck July 7, 2013 at 8:25 am #

hi, does high PR site naturally gets the top 10 ranking during “google searches”?

        • Cornel July 7, 2013 at 7:47 pm #

No. Apperently not ck. Have a look at my post above.

Thanks Alex for mentionning my website.
Are you happy with domains I sold to you ?

I’ve just added new metrics: moz pa da and majestic ct tf to help my customers choosing domains.

  8. Ken June 28, 2013 at 10:58 pm #

these videos are getting better all the time

    questions/suggestions for future videos -
how important is it for the domain name to be niche specific?
do you re-theme purchased sites/domains or try to always buy already relevant ones?

care and feeding of these domains – to keep them healthy?

    thanks

    • Becker June 29, 2013 at 12:43 am #

Eh its kinda out of your control :( thats the only bad part

      • Preston July 1, 2013 at 6:33 pm #

You ever blast your high PR sites with automated links that are niche specific to make the backlinks of the PR sites more niche specific?

        • jeroen July 4, 2013 at 11:10 pm #

Yeah, I do. I just order SENuke gigs off fiverr, and it works well. Just don’t link your network together. Google will r@pe your blog network real fast.

    Alex,

Great job on here. I just wanted to ask if Digital Point and Warrior Forum (plus calling SEO/marketing/advertising agencies) are the best way to go. I tried using 3rd party text link brokers for the same prices you are recommending but no takers through these marketplaces: Backlinks.com, AuthorityBacklinks.com, Linkadage.com (classified ads), and TextLinkAds.com.

My sports sites are PR3 and PR4, indexed, Majestic Citation Flow/Trust Flow each > 20 (historic index) and inner pages have PR2 through PR4. Do you recommend any niche sites to sell sports/entertainment links, or are Digital Point & Warrior Forum sufficient? If not, do you recommend the “black hat” forums or something else?

Many thanks for your help with this as I have pro sports teams willing to rent out space on their main websites for 3-4 text links per page (on their old pages which still have PR). They just want proof that I am making money first as they are unwilling to be “pioneers”.

    Matt

    • Becker June 29, 2013 at 12:44 am #

I like digital point, personally though the best thing is to call up agencies

      • Matt June 29, 2013 at 4:01 am #

Thanks for the feedback on this. Will go after both and let you know.

I think it’s all about persistance and trying out different places and techniques. I’ve actually had satisfactory success selling via textlinkads and teliad, in the first couple of months nothing came in though.

Great Video Becker. Are you really finding PR5s for that cheap? The Min I have seen a pr5 go for in Godaddy auctions is around 300+ if you’re lucky. I would say around 400-500 is a more common price for pr5 domains. How Do you score them so cheap?

Here is a screen shot of a PR5 domain and a PR4 domain i acquired last week through bidding. http://screencast.com/t/pOAiZblViV
For both domains I paid nearly $700 after renewal and private reg. fees.

    whats your thoughts on this?

      I am idiot

  24. Scott June 29, 2013 at 4:31 am #

    Hey Becker,
Great info on this video.Going to start looking for domains this weekend Thanks man.

  25. Chris S. June 29, 2013 at 4:42 am #

I have little luck at godaddy as the extra they hit you with makes the domains over priced for me. Digtalpoint looks better

  26. Curious George June 29, 2013 at 5:47 am #

Good day sir! Alex, do you ever purchase high PR Asian domains for your PBN? I’ve seen plenty but a bit concerned about the backlinks with characters as anchor texts. Any experience with this or foreign domains in general? Gracias in advance.

How to host them? In separate hosts?

    Please give some advices.

  29. Jaime June 29, 2013 at 11:18 am #

    Hey Becker,
    Awesome video…..like usual!

Question — What is the ideal number of links you can have on any one domain? Is there a max number of links that you should not go over or else the link juice just won’t have the same effect?

    Thanks,

    • Becker June 29, 2013 at 3:58 pm #

      Read the pr guide…

  30. Connie June 29, 2013 at 2:59 pm #

How much content do we put on these sites?? Doesn’t say much about that in creating high pr network guide?

  31. Tibor Szalay June 29, 2013 at 3:15 pm #

FREAKING YouTube HD! But no matter … Even laggy content from you is worth watching. Thanks

    Tibor

    P.S: See you tonight!

  32. Derek June 29, 2013 at 6:36 pm #

    Hey Becker,

We did this in the U.K. We bought 5 high PR domains and we are currently ranking 7 of our own sites and renting out to 7 clients making us just under £1k/month in client revenue and £200 in our own income. O.K, not at the same level as you but we have used these sites to find our way and are now ready to move on to the next level.

Just brilliant teaching – thanks so much.

    Cheers

    Derek

  33. Bob June 29, 2013 at 7:12 pm #

This is great stuff! I have a question regarding selling the links. In the blog guide it says never advertise selling links because you don’t want to tip off Google. Then you talk about advertising in this video. Can you please clarify?

    Thanks.

  34. Josh June 29, 2013 at 8:05 pm #

Very impressive and comprehensive way to start making money online. I will definitely give it a shot and continue watching your videos. Well done!

  35. Adis P. June 29, 2013 at 11:00 pm #

This is one of the oldest and most solid methods. While much of other stuff is just smoke quality high pr links as valid today as ever.
However, I like to stay away from open forums selling links in fear G will pick up a “paid” link, what software would you recommend to search for relevant websites and email the webmasters without forums slling links?

    thank you
    Adis P.
    LCSBiz

  36. Randall June 29, 2013 at 11:39 pm #

Thanks Becker, color by number and I like it.

Quick question – How does one maintain the PR of a PR5. How painful is it to keep those high PR sites PR high?

I have scored a few PR0 to PR3 domains on godaddy auctions and pick the ones that have tons of existing links, but those links drift away.

    • Garratt June 30, 2013 at 8:30 am #

You need to keep building links to those sites, but if you very quickly stick a “404 to startpage” plugin on your PR site the minute you get access to it then you will find most of the old links stay active and the reason this is, is because the owners of those links aren’t getting 404 error reports from their spiders.

The spiders crawl the links, find that it points to a new page and therefor don’t report anything back to the webmaster.

I use “404 to start” plugin for wordpress, it creates 301 permanent redirect to your home page.

Also you need to watch out for buying domains that have tons of indexed pages. I try to keep the amount of indexed pages for PR2 sites under 100. PR3 sites under 300, and PR4 and above under 500 pages. The reason this is because Google does increase the PR of a site based on content as well as backlinks.

So for example you may see a PR5 with 10,000 backlinks and 2,100 indexed pages. The second you get control of that site and you stick a 5 page blog on it, Google see’s all the content is missing and downgrades it to a PR2. It was only a PR5 based on the content and not the authority of the links. In other words the 10,000 links were low quality links.

      • louen July 2, 2013 at 5:30 am #

        Hey Garratt,
Great input there. How bout the “link juice keeper” plugin? Do you think it does the same thing that redirects all the indexed pages to the homepage?
        Thanks bud!

  37. Howie Perks June 30, 2013 at 4:16 am #

Awesome Becker! I saw this recommendation in one of your Omega videos and now here again. Thanks!!

  38. Orlando List June 30, 2013 at 6:24 am #

WOW Becker… I’m amazed at how long I had to struggle to make money online… LOL I should have waited three more years before I gave up my Executive JOB. Following your example I’m on my way to making more money in 6 months than I made in a whole year… Twenty hours a week beats 75 hands down… Thanks again :-) you rock

  39. Garratt June 30, 2013 at 8:23 am #

Hah just in the middle of setting up a website selling these services and you bring this out… way to give me tons of competition :)

    Brilliant as always, regardless.

    • Brian June 30, 2013 at 9:13 am #

      Garratt,

Nice piece of advice on index pages …thanks for that… I am just about to try doing this strategy
      Brian

  40. Brian June 30, 2013 at 9:20 am #

    Becker,
awesome stuff as usual…quick question ….how much content shoudl we put on the new site to have it work, and how often do we need to build links to it

    thanks

    Brian

    • Becker July 2, 2013 at 2:22 pm #

You really dont need much more than 100 words. I ad more, but that is just me

  41. Randall June 30, 2013 at 12:11 pm #

    Thank you so much Garratt!

  42. praveen sharma June 30, 2013 at 5:00 pm #

    Hi Becker,
I have really enjoy your honest work. You are really awesome. I have a question, i dont find in any big forums people selling links for 1 month. They sell it for life time. So I am wondering if this is really gonna work and will many people pay 10$ per month for a relevant back-link pr3. I was wondering about these possibilities I hope you will answer this and thanks this is really good info

    • Priyank July 2, 2013 at 5:01 am #

      Hey Praveen,

The thing about lifetime links sold on forums is that they will be pushed to non-PR link in a month’s time as that PR site gets new posts.

People will pay monthly charges if you make a sticky post on home page (like having 10 posts on home page, and all of them showing full contents, not just summary).

      Hope you get the idea.

Thanks Becker for everything you do. You rock man…

      Regards,
      Priyank.

    • Becker July 2, 2013 at 2:23 pm #

People sell them monthly all the time, just be sure your selling a home page link that stays on the home page

  43. Roger June 30, 2013 at 7:06 pm #

Isn’t risky to post my PR site in a forum?? that google will see it and penalize my site?

    • Tibor Szalay July 1, 2013 at 4:59 am #

You’re never posting an actual URL publicly anywhere.

    • Becker July 2, 2013 at 2:24 pm #

In some cases yes, just dont post the actual website and handle things via pm or email

  46. Bill July 1, 2013 at 5:19 pm #

Awesome information as usual. Thank you!

    • Becker July 2, 2013 at 2:24 pm #

      You got it Bill

  47. Jophan July 1, 2013 at 5:27 pm #

    Hi,

nice video. There are only some problems when buying such domains:

    1. You never know if the PR stays that high. I bought a PR3 site which is now a PR0 without having ever done any backlinking to it.
    2. You never know if the backlinks poiting to the bought domain won’t be taken away by the seller. This happens even if the backlink profile of that domain is great.
    3. You never know if you really get a valid PR domain. I did a check on an apparantly PR5 domain: 0 backlinks, google search doesnt show a different domain, and pr checkers say it is a valid one. What the…

How do you proceed when buying a high PR domain?

  48. louen July 2, 2013 at 4:32 am #

    Hey Jophan,
You must have missed some of the parameters when buying a high pr domain. Be sure to check the backlinks manually. So for a pr3 domain, it must have a pr4 backlink to retain its pr. I also use majesticseo’s citation flow and trust flow. Anything that’s above 20 is good.

    • Becker July 2, 2013 at 2:25 pm #

Domains still can manage to lose their PR in those cases, seen it a few times

      • Jophan July 3, 2013 at 3:07 am #

Ok. So, what would be the best we should do?

  49. Niklas Nyhlén July 2, 2013 at 3:36 pm #

Hi Alex, im thinking about investing in Freshdrop since domainvendors seem wierd.

    For a PR5+ Network, is this a no-brainer?

    Niklas

    • Brandon July 8, 2013 at 2:56 pm #

Stick with free websites like http://www.buyexpireddomains.info when you are looking for expired domains with real page rank. Snap them up and start building your network. Great post Becker!

  50. Roland July 3, 2013 at 3:21 am #

Thanks for such a quality post.

As an SEO agency, we are finding it extremely hard to get decent PR5 domains with $200. The cheapest decent ones are within the ranges of $400-to-500. It may stretch towards the ranges of $600 as well in some cases.

By “decent” i mean the following:

    1. MOZ – PA: Above 25
    2. MOZ – DA: Above 25
    3. Majestic SEO – Citation Flow: Above 30
    4. Majestic SEO – Citation Flow: Above 30
    5. Strong properly distributed backlinks that matches up with the domain PR. (Implying the number and quality of backlinks).
    6. Properly indexed in Google and Bing.

After contacting a few seo agencies in my area, most of them say it’s dangerous and that any seo doing this won’t be in business for long!. Just wanted to hear your thoughts.

    • Becker July 4, 2013 at 11:57 pm #

As a former SEO manager and director at 2 agencies and as a person who works hand in hand with dozens of agencies, this is not true. If an agency isnt buying links its not a relevant agency

  55. stuart green July 4, 2013 at 1:01 pm #

    Hi becker!

I’m just starting out and I’m not even sure how much content and what type of quality content we need to put on our site that we buy. Are there examples of what is good and bad that I might be able to look at?

Even if it’s a site that is not a site doing this, but rather an example of a site that would contain a sufficient/appropriate amount of content. My problem is that I don’t know what we want to look like when we’re done building the site.

    Thanks,
    Greg

  58. Nick July 4, 2013 at 5:17 pm #

@roland…. in a previous comment Becker mentioned prnator.com
great site that solves your problem
Seeing mostly high priced domains is a problem I (and I’m sure many) have faced when they first got started but if you look hard enough you will find better deals for quality domains.

  59. Thomas July 4, 2013 at 5:50 pm #

Thanks for the video and sharing the idea, Alex.

Quick question, I imagine the PR score will fall after I buy it if I don’t “upkeep”? Is my assumption true? And if so, what do I do to keep it up (add pages or posts aside from the homepage since that’s where the links will be)?

    Thanks again.
    Thomas

  60. Adam July 4, 2013 at 6:00 pm #

I’ve been reading / watching your stuff for a few months and everything you put out has value – not a klunker in the bunch. I haven’t been through my Omega course yet – I bought it partly because you guys deserve some of my money!

    Thanks,

    Adam

Can you give the link to the PR Guide?

  62. Mike July 5, 2013 at 12:44 am #

Hi Becker… you’re a funny man, ever thought of going into comedy, you have a great way of putting your point across…

  63. Mike July 5, 2013 at 1:20 am #

I “liked” and didnt get any access to a pdf.

  64. Joseph July 5, 2013 at 11:00 am #

    Alex,
Your humor is becoming better and better. You had me literally laughing out loud a few times there. I also have the same question as Thomas above. Won’t our new PR5 site begin to lose it’s PR over time? And how do we keep it up?

Also, another question. Can I just by some wierd, wacky doman like “ceteostec.com”, make it a site about investing, and sell links off it? Or will the wackiness of the domain cause it to be not valuable?

    Please respond! Thank you!

  65. Nimrod July 5, 2013 at 3:29 pm #

So this PR sites are a bouche of addresses in fact with relevant containt each ? Like this one http://domains.prnator.com/listbl.php?ndd=cafetayuta.com ? I found this on the site you recomented domains.prnator.com.
I realy would like to know more about how to creat from the ground up and how to sell links on it. If you can direct me in a good direction i would appriciate. Thanks

  66. Helmy July 5, 2013 at 6:15 pm #

    Hi Becker,
You are the Master, man,, i heard a lot from you.. how importance is PR+Relevance 1000 Times, My Question is, if i’ve got REAL high PR domain coming from PRPowershot with no backlinks at all but PR domain is REAL, does the domain still have THAT power ?

    Thanks for Answer

Always Followed you wherever you’ll go.. lol

  67. Eric July 5, 2013 at 8:23 pm #

Becker I’ve been reading Sourcewave since it started and I’ve been in your webinars, I asked on one of them how you run your SEO tools etc but can you recommend me one? I am in desperate need and need to know a good one from someone I trust.

    Thank you!

  68. James July 5, 2013 at 9:21 pm #

Alex – great stuff man as always!

    Quick questions for ya.
Is it important to somehow maintain the incoming links to interior pages on the high PR domain you buy. If so, how do you do that? I assume after you buy the site you create a new one, so any links to interior pages would 404. Won’t that make the link juice go away? What’s the best way to redirect those and does that keep the juice?

    you rock, thanks!
    James

    • Becker July 5, 2013 at 10:48 pm #

Theres a ton of plugins you can install that naturally do this

  69. Frank July 5, 2013 at 11:00 pm #

You are literally the only person I listen to when it comes to SEO. I have taken this strategy (I also own your SEO course) and within the last two weeks I have 3 sites ranked on the 1st and 2nd page of Google. For everyone else out there, don’t get too cought up in all the extra details. Just follow what Alex says and you’ll see resluts. I followd your keyword research, set up my silo sites, went to Digital Point and bought 3 PR domains, set them up, and that was it. I have been trying to learn SEO for a long time, and thanks to Alex I now have a grip. I also own a web design firm, and know I am taking on SEO clients with my web design. Can’t thank you enough Alex!

  70. yoram July 6, 2013 at 5:13 am #

Great stuff Becker, what if the site you bought was optimized for niche x, can you change that to Niche y without getting a PR downgrade from Google? If you change it to different content I assume you re-optimize all the usual on page SEO STUFF (META TAGS…ETC.) CORRECT?

  71. Mainportfolio.com July 7, 2013 at 5:38 am #

I was thinking of selling my website rexunnet (d0t) com with thousands of indexed pages and PR 4 for $200-$300 range. After watching your video above, i am thinking, why not if i sell homepage links. But not sure how much per link should i sell per month ($25/month?) and what’s the maximum number of links? 5 links or 10 links per homepage?

    • Thomas July 8, 2013 at 4:03 pm #

I think Alex said in the video that a PR5 site link goes for about $35/month and PR3 for about $15? So in between maybe around $20-$25 range? Just a stab in the dark here.

  72. Bob July 7, 2013 at 12:34 pm #

    Hey Becker, great video.

I was wondering if you change the relevance of the PR domain once purchased, or is it better to keep it the same relevance?

    Thanks

  73. Ron July 7, 2013 at 2:24 pm #

Okay, I just “liked” the article. So, where’s your list of pr site sources/vendors that I thought I would get access to? Great article by the way.

  74. TriggerIM July 8, 2013 at 1:26 am #

  75. Gregory Elfrink July 9, 2013 at 5:17 am #

    Hey Becker,

What’s a good way to go about selling these PR links? I’m having some issues with it. You mentioned to call up SEO agencies, how would you suggest to find them/go about that?

  76. Akil July 10, 2013 at 9:51 pm #

This is super helpful thank you!! I just realized an old blog I had back in 2010 that I’ve keep up but havent posted much new stuff is a PR3 site. I’d like to use it some how to implement this strategy my only concern is the niche. Right now its a site for and about women bloggers, is that to competitive of a niche? Is there a way to change or shift the niche?

Also when you say sell links, where do you place do you have a directory of links or do you just hyperlink some where in your text. What the best way to post the links once you have someone paying?

  77. Rob D July 10, 2013 at 11:24 pm #

I dont think this works in dallas anymore. Ben spending the last two days doing this and no one is interested, maybe too many people have done this already in dallas. idk

im going to try this in a different city

  78. Nick July 11, 2013 at 8:27 am #

    Hey Becker -

    Great Information.. Thanks a bunch.

I’m a little confused about making a post on your PR website, but having it display as my homepage.

I know the links have to be on the homepage which has the PR. So I make a post, not a page, then make the post displays as a static page?

    Thanks again.

    You Rock!

  79. Marshan July 12, 2013 at 4:40 am #

    Hey, Alex!

I’ve been following your site for a while now and just go started in SEO. I was just wondering how you actually set up the PR links when you’re selling them. Do you just link the person’s site on the PR5 website you bought and then done?

I followed your beginners course and made my wordpress site,
How do I generate money now? Do i need to add adsense to it or will google pay me automatically for the traffic?

  82. Will July 13, 2013 at 5:22 pm #

    Becker,

Hi. Just a quick question. I recently got a PR 3 website off of Godaddy.com (off of an auction). Anyway, it’s been like a week and the domain still has not transferred to me.

Is this a problem you ever run into? What’s the normal waiting period before a domain that you’ve bought and paid for should be in your possession ready to be modified for your niche?

For about a week now, there has been no way to contact the seller, and Godaddy just keeps saying that even though the domain has been bought, the funds are waiting on verification.

What’s your take on this situation?

    • Brandon July 17, 2013 at 3:25 am #

@ Will – this is normal. I had two sites I picked up via GoDaddy closeouts and it took about 1.5-2 weeks for them to hit my account.

  83. Hugo July 17, 2013 at 6:50 pm #

    Great plan!

I actually have a few PR 4-5-6 sites I want to get off my hands. If anyone is interested, just drop a line at my email: hugoinamsterdam — gmail — com

    Good luck all!

    hugo

  84. Samuel July 17, 2013 at 10:53 pm #

    Hey Will,

Don’t worry dude it will show up in your account. I bought PR domains from Godaddy and it typically takes about 1-2 weeks. They don’t communicate until the original owner forfeits any attempt to reclaim the domain again. If he doesn’t claim it then it will transfer over to you.

    Hope that helps.

  85. Marc July 18, 2013 at 8:23 am #

Just wanted to give a shoutout to becker.. I actually had an inactive PR5 domain sitting around, and i decided to give Becker’s strategy a try. I was forced to choose the Home Improvement niche (which i know nothing about) for my domain, because the domain name was related to it.

Anywaise, long story short, i thought i wasn’t going to get any buyers because it isn’t as popular as weight loss, etc… But just yesterday, someone forwarded me $105 for a homepage backlink (he wanted to lock in 3 months) :)

In conclusion, becker’s right lol, it’s almost hard not to make money doing this.. I just gave it a whirl, and now im $100 richer rofl..

Now i can see how this simple business model can easily make someone 6-figures! :)

  86. Sam July 18, 2013 at 8:16 pm #

  87. Ally J July 18, 2013 at 9:25 pm #

  90. Will July 23, 2013 at 1:50 pm #

    Hey Becker (and others),

I recently had an SEO manager tell me that their agency prefers looking at Domain Authority rather than page rank.

Which one is more important in your view? And how does one make sure that the domain authority is high enough for most agencies?

  91. Charles July 23, 2013 at 3:01 pm #

Hey Alex, what are your thoughts on SEO hosting leaving footprints?

  92. Josh July 23, 2013 at 8:04 pm #

Thanks for the guide Becker! For once I actually took action, got a pr 2 blog (lawyer niche) set up with content (about 5 posts) ect. The problem is I sent emails to about 30 SEO companies for $10 a month for a link —> NO RESPONSES! :-(

You are probably tired of all the questions but if you have any tips on actually selling my links I would truly appreciate it!

I would be awesome if I could get something to work online for once!

  94. rod July 26, 2013 at 9:14 am #

    Hey Alex,

I have a comment to make about your keywords finding method. Although, it makes sense in theory but it doesn’t seem to work in practice. The proof is in the eating…………. “HowtodrawaHorse” and “dogheartwormsymptoms” have both been taken down – would you care to make a comment about this?

I must say I was very disappointed when I discovered that, as I was getting all excited to follow your method and make some regular money. What are we to do now? Some of us would really love to make some money from this lovely profession.

Question for Becker or anyone else willing to share their knowledge:

I have been running into the following situation a am not sure if I am finding good expired domain names or duds.

I scanned a website that had several PR 6 page rankings and found three or four domains linked from these various pages. When I went into OSE, or Majestic I would get the following results:

DOMAIN 1: OSE and Majestic saw the link and gave the site credit. But the link from the PR 6 was the only link they had. Is this expired domain really a PR 4 and does it really have any value?

DOMAIN 2: OSE and Majestic show no links for the expired domain. It is almost as if it doesn’t exist. However, I see the link and it is legit. It is from the same site that Domain 1 has a link from. If OSE and Majestic don’t see this link does this site really have a PR of 4 and is it even worth anything?

DOMAIN 3: OSE doesn’t see any links to it and Majestic has the link but lists it as deleted and also gives it zero trust flow. Again, the link is good just like the one for Domain 1, but it is listed as deleted. What is going on here and is that worth anything?

If you could please help me understand this, I would greatly appreciate it as it is frustrating the heck out of me.

    Hey Becker – Awesome content.

Curious about putting domains in majestic.

sometimes I get different results when looking at the root domain option, the subdomain, or the URL.

What’s the best one to go by?

  100. Backlinks4U July 31, 2013 at 8:21 pm #

Great information. This is how I actually earned my first money online. The only difference was that I found a way to find dropped domains with PR. It is much harder to find dropped domains now, but it allowed me to start my own link brokerage site.

The method you describe is great and works. The only issue there is it is hard to sell links for prices you mentioned and it is very difficult to manage all the backlinks if you sell them directly. But you are right it is easy to earn money by selling links!

  101. Bill Sklodowski August 4, 2013 at 8:01 pm #

Not to sound like an idiot (but I will)… I clicked “LIke” … Where do I find this “vendor’s list?” Thanks!

Also, is there any additional training on this idea? I really like it, and would be interested in learning more.
Gonna watch the video a few more times … and take good notes.

Alex – great video like always !

Is it true that a domain will loose Trust Flow, Citation Flow and PageRank values if I am putting links from that site to other weak/poor websites ?
For example, if I am putting links from a PR4 site to PR0-PR3 sites ?

    Thx man !

  105. Ian Pickering August 21, 2013 at 11:53 am #

    Becker,
Your stuff is seriously killer, and I can’t thank you enough for what you are doing on your site.
I wish I could sit down with you for like 6 hours and pick your brain, but I am really struggling to get a clear answer on one thing.
With the high PR domains- are you putting new content on these sites? That is what would make them relevant to any niche, right? And are you only concerned about the homepage? I feel like I am missing something here, but this looks like an AWESOME opportunity.

    Thanks again,

Awesome information Becker as usual. I’ve been searching the web for where to buy these high pagerank domains and i found a few websites. My question is, which is the one that you use to buy these high pagerank domains? Awesome video BTW, your information is priceless and I’m grateful for that. Keep doing what you do. Kudos!

  111. Bill Bowman August 28, 2013 at 4:52 am #

    Becker,
Love this gem of information your have given us. I am going to run with it and get to $3000 is short time and get to your friends level of $15,000 per month! Thanks again for keeping it real and simple!!

  112. Chris August 29, 2013 at 2:52 am #

    Guys-

Just so you know this method is Bullshit. It DOES NOT WORK. I bought 2, PR3 domains with a great backlink profile and the Maj. SEO numbers were great too. I made one domain for weight loss and the other one for attorneys.

After a month of being on Digital Point i have had 1, $15 per month sale. That’s it. There is NO demand for this. SEO agencies are buying their own PR domains and doing this. They don’t need you.

On the other hand, i bought SEO Omega course a couple months ago. And i did make one of my PR domains relevant to my site. I then pointed it to my money site. Within a week the rankings went up quite a bit.

So the method itself works. But trying to rent out links doesn’t work.

    • Becker August 29, 2013 at 5:19 pm #

I usually delete stupid comments but there have been multiple people who have contacted me who have used this method, some guy even posted how much he was making to the SW wall. (Check the links)

      https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/971172_385851131527235_450183310_n.png

I personally pay over 1k a month for paid links and the agency i worked for spent well over 6k a month. Selling high PR links is done every day on every forum, and easy to do if they are targeted.

In fact you can literally log into the infit forum and see tons of people doing this

So yes…This comment is OMG BULLSHIT, plus I gave this to you for free…Shame on you

Theres insane amounts of demand for this, just not the way your probably selling it. Spend more time thinking and less time trolling my man

    • Kevin September 5, 2013 at 3:04 am #

Yeah Chris you obviously have no people person skills.
I literally set up my website LAST NIGHT and I have over $500 made since LAST NIGHT.
If you knew how to talk to people and target them and show them that you can create value for them, then you would be successful.

Hey dude – just a quick question …

About the local networks – by this did you mean you should set up ONE website which is based only on say New York and then you can contact any company based in New York – Lawyers, Dentists, Hairdressers etc and sell them on that one local focused website?

    Thanks.

I thought you mentioned in your State of the Serps Address that simply buying high pr sights no longer works because it has been months since google publicly updated the rankings. I also feel as though you mentioned something about google lowering the ranking of the site after using the method described in the video. Could you please clarify on exactly what you meant?

    • Becker September 12, 2013 at 6:41 pm #

  120. Jake October 2, 2013 at 5:31 pm #

Hey Becker you mentioned a how to sell seo services course. Where can I find that? Also, can you elaborate on what to say to the SEO companies when you call? “I have a (city) HiPR network would you like to buy spots on it?” Is that all you say? You might have written this somewhere else.

    Legendary advice!!

  124. Tyler November 2, 2013 at 11:59 pm #

Hey Becker great info on all your stuff.

One question that I’ve seen asked on many of these posts is about maintaining the PR on the sites you buy. Don’t know where you’ve addressed that yet…

What’s the ideal strategy to link building for these PR sites? Can we just leave them and cycle new ones to our network, or do we set up some outsourcing for building more links to these PR sites?

    All the best.

    • Craig January 3, 2014 at 7:46 am #

Hi In response to Tylers comments that would be helpful for me too. My PR5 sites have dropped to PR3 and 2 so would be good to get an inside view on how to maintain page rank if possible please cheers

Alex, the PR Guide / vendors list seems to have disappeared from the FB page. I’ve ‘liked’ it, and even asked for it twice on the page, but get no answers.

Would love to get the PR Vendor list for websites.

    Thank you Alex,
Another amazing video. I just have a question in Source Wave Infinitum do you have videos that are showing you more about, how to do the domain buying from different websites, not different persons. I want to try to get a few expired domain names, and then try to build some websites on them.

they said: ” Click Like to unlock my PR site vendors” but when clicked no PR site vendors showed… but the likes still coming ,….” great” strategy to boost the engagement of a FB post

Same here can’t get the resources, also just went to PRnator and found a fake PR5, everybody be vigilant – check it’s a real PR by using the info:domainname.com Google search operator. If the result shows a different site to the one you searched for, it’s a fake. schifffahrt-rorschach.ch was stealing it’s PR from http://www.sbsag.ch

This really does sounds “super cheesy, gimmicky” and easiy… and the guide did a disappearing act on the Facebook link! Good stuff every time. Thanks

    Hi Alex,

When we are looking at High PR domains to buy and researching with Majestic, does “Trust Flow” matter and does it make a domain more valuable? If you had two domains that where pretty similar in the stats, but one had a “trust flow” of 30 and the other had a “trust flow” or 0 which would you pick? Would you pick the one with the better domain name or the higher “trust flow”?

    Thanks,

    Sheri

    Hey Becker, how are you?

I’m hitting you with a comment because your “like to open” Facebook plugin is not working anymore. I always worked, but I think that with the recent changes on Facebook, it stopped working.

    Hi Becker,

Great stuff, this is one of the easiest and best model of making money I have learned about for a long time. It have many possible twists and tweaks to use to get it work wonderfully. Not just the one’s you mention in the video. It does really works to find cheap domains PR3 and up but it takes time to go over what is available and find the one’s no one else is interested in. I bought one last month for building a site to flip for 17 USD (PR3) on godaddy. But now I got a better idea of what to do with it. Today I did bought one more at 17 USD (PR3) that was even greater.. :) did a search for the main keyword and it was indexed at spot one in Google :) Even that the domain had expried… (When I clicked the link I got to Godaddy of course). .. However, it is possible to find cheap domains to the prices Alex point out in the Video.

I am a living proof of that, I did not spend that much time to find them….but I was very patient and did have to see what people was bidding on. The site I bought last January still has it PR intact and I have done nothing than added back the old content the previous two owners had on the site. I got it from Way back Machine :) just copy and paste as much as I could find and I have no new content on the site yet. Will keep you posted on the progress..

Is this method still relevant. It’s close to a year old. If it’s not can you direct me to an easy method that still is relevant?
