            Becker,

Before your bleachepisodeguides.net doman, I assume the top 3 rankings had 4, 3, 3 pageranks. How did you know that your website could rank for it?
I am researching a nearly similar niche with almost the same domains ranking(wiki, wikia,tv.com, etc) in the top ten.

Does the dreamniches pdf contain your KWR done for this website? I see several of your pdfs or guides telling different but similar Keyword Research techniques, but what’s the best reference to follow for competition analysis? Dreamniches, or the “My Entire SEO Blueprint” blog post or something else?

            Also, do EMDs still work?

Moreover, if I found good keywords, do I just make the same website such as yours(without proper content, and just an seo optimized page)?
Or have content, but the basic On-page optimization should be there?

If you decided to monetize and activate bleachepisodeguides.net, how or what kind of content would you add in? I know you would put episode guides, do you put them on pages, or on posts? And do you have a “how to create content that works best” article or guide I can refer to?

These are a lot of questions, I hope you can hold nothing back and reply here.:)

            Thanks!

          • Raphael De Guzman December 28, 2012 at 5:26 pm #

I’m researching on this niche, I hope you can help with a few things regarding whether I try here or not.

1.I see EMD open for the search I’m thinking of. It has 5k+ Exact Match
            2. Majestic SEO shows no exact match keyword anchor texts in the backlinks section. Wiki, wikia, and another authority domain has thousands of backlinks though. And they are top 1-4 on the rankings.
            3. flickr and tumblr sites dominate the bottom half of the search(top 6-8). Last two positions are from youtube.
            4. Top 4 sites has PR in this order: 5, 5, 3, 2. Top 5-10 has total of 4 PR.

According to that, if I buy and make an EMD site with the same content as your bleachepisodeguides.net, can I rank here? What backlinking to be done after buying the domain?
If not, what should I do to rank here?

Please reply, I am literally a noob and would like your input. Thanks!

  2. Serge November 28, 2012 at 10:01 pm #

Awesome job! I see it showing #8 on Google.ca
You opened my eyes on a lot of things in IM.

    Thanks

    • Becker November 28, 2012 at 10:55 pm #

      Glad to have helped!

  3. Barron November 28, 2012 at 10:10 pm #

    Hey Becker,

Dont expect you to post this :) but I posted a comment – was there a problem wth my comment – why was it deleted?

    Cheers,
    Barron – barronjnel@gmail.com

    PS Tweeted your video too….

Not sure barron, I didnt delete it :P

  4. Ben Gheliuc November 28, 2012 at 10:13 pm #

    Dude,
All I have to say is great job man!.

I Have been watching your videos and been following for a while. And while I wasnt one of the haters in the last video, I have got to say, you are the ONLY guy who has put all the haters in there place with PROOF.

My question is, Why tell everyone your secrets? With this kind of knowledge, you could upscale and make $10K/DAY.

    • Becker November 28, 2012 at 10:55 pm #

      Hey Ben

I get asked that question a lot

      A) There is literally SO many searches that theres no real competition for me

      B) I want to be a millionaire by the time im 27, and I am not gonna get there by hoarding information and selling it. I will get there by making Source Wave HUUUGE. That will only be done by making it something truly special

      C) I currently make about 30k+ a month now, so I dont really need money. I am much more passionate about helping people get the same results I do. People dont have to be stuck working jobs they hate, I want freedom to be a real thing for everyone

        Hi Becker,

how would you monetize an episode guide website?

      • shahbaz November 29, 2012 at 8:15 am #

        Hey Baker
I really don’t know how i express my feeling about you only can say “THANK YOU VERY MUCH”the value your giving for free here and i spend £4000 for sh**t info and trainings …anyway thanks again and please keep doing good things for people like me..->

        • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:51 pm #

Ha your not the only person I have met that has paid thousands in training and then been like WTF

          Glad I can help you!

      • Owen January 5, 2013 at 11:44 am #

That’s a great attitude Becker I am going to make a news years resolution to follow you and learn all I can . I have been trying to make money with internet marketing for over 2 years now without much success. I was thinking of giving up but you have given me hope. Thanks

        • Becker January 6, 2013 at 7:43 pm #

          Glad I could help Owen!

      • Jeroen February 3, 2013 at 6:07 pm #

That’s awesome brother. I want to be a millionaire by the time I’m 30. I AM 27 now :P and I’m not even close to $30K/mo. yet, but I have a feeling that you information is about to get my “ball rolling” about 10x faster now :D .

        THHAAAAAAAAANKS!!!

      • Colin Greenlaw May 29, 2013 at 6:19 pm #

I really respect your motivation as you express it above, Becker. You know, it’s the old pay-it-forward principle that the good Lord blesses with – Like the golden rule. It’s true fulfillment, and I pray you will find all the truth you want and need.

      • Michael Dantzie June 18, 2013 at 11:52 pm #

        Refreshing!!!!
Just listening to Alex’s webinar recently reveal some these ‘secrets’ showed me, he is the ‘real’ deal. Genuinely wanting to help others
        make money honestly.

        really keen on learning SEO!

Can’t find the 6 hour videos promised in the vault, did I miss something.

      • Ron September 12, 2013 at 12:49 am #

Man have you ever got the right mindset. I heard Eben Pagan say one
time, the more he gave away, the more money he made. That was at
        10 mil. a yr. now I think it’s like 20+ mil… whew….!

I really appreciate all the “off the charts” value you share. It shows that
you really do care about others successes, which is fairly rare.

You also do an excellent job in teaching IM with a cool approach. Most the people
who know how to do IM the right way, sure as heck don’t know how to teach it.

Thanks for Everything Becker, I appreciate ya man,

        Ron >

  5. Aldin November 28, 2012 at 10:51 pm #

    hi Becker,

great stuff but the sound is missing…

    • Becker November 28, 2012 at 11:01 pm #

Hey Aldin, its working for everyone else, might be on your end

  6. Moon H November 28, 2012 at 10:51 pm #

    Hey Becker,

I love live videos like this. I wrote you an email recently and appreciate the response. Only later in Underdog, I realized you kind of pointed out what I was going to base my site on, as an example, haha.

    Oh well!

Anyways, big thumbs up for leading by example. I’m doing some research and we’ll see how it goes ;)
P.S> Google dance, eh? No backlinking yet, right?
P.S.S. When you launch a new authority site, do you create all the pages at once? Also, does it matter when you start linking using your high PR network?

    Thaaaaanx Becker.

  7. Danny November 28, 2012 at 11:09 pm #

Becker this is awesome man, glad you shared the whole process. I took your advice from the last vid and bought 10 high anime/manga domains with high search volume and no competition. They aren’t ranking on keyword alone but 3 PR5 backlinks should do the trick. :D

    Danny

  8. Aldin November 28, 2012 at 11:11 pm #

    sorry my bad :S

it seems that gotowebinar didn’t close entirely and that f*cked up my sound

anyway great video.. holly smoke I’ve never seen anyone show everything in front of my eyes

take care and keep up the great work you’re doing

    cheers

    Aldin

  9. Andrew November 28, 2012 at 11:21 pm #

    Becker,

Thanks for the awesome video proof! What I found even more useful though was the SPECIFIC explanation of EXACTLY what to do with the meta tags. Everyone always says, “keyword in meta tags,” but you are the first person that I’ve heard that gave the specific instruction to make sure that on the title tag the keyword is first, and not to just leave the tags with ONLY the keyword in the tag. Gonna try this with my own site that I haven’t even been able to get listed yet.

Just curious, but do you have any analytics data on traffic to bleachepisodeguide.net yet? I’m sure that Patrick C., Serge, Barron, Ben Cheliue, Aldin, and everyone else visiting would love to know!

    • Becker November 28, 2012 at 11:28 pm #

      Hey Andrew,

I didnt even think about that till about noon today. So far its at about 50 visitors. I estimate it MIGHT bring in 50-80 visits a day tops. Need to get it in the top 4 to see any real damage.

With that being said, I ranked this site just to prove a point, I probably will not be doing anything with it or paying it anymore attention

  10. Eric November 29, 2012 at 12:05 am #

Well, I just googled this from Alabama and it’s nowhere to be found? I did it with firefox, safari and chrome.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 12:15 am #

your cache may be old old

      • Jeff April 6, 2013 at 11:20 am #

        Hi Becker,

Just did a search and yes your site is now No 3 on Google so not sure what issues Eric has with his searches. Where I come from you would be called a ‘bloody legend’. Keep up the great work, love your work.

        • Becker April 7, 2013 at 10:30 pm #

          thanks Jeff!

  11. Justin Young November 29, 2012 at 12:49 am #

Awesome video Becker! You definitely make this look easy. Although I believe one of the biggest problems is that people (me included) tend to over-complicate SEO. That combined with the fact that Google always seems to be changing and all the wrong information out there leads to confusion. As already mentioned real video proof is hard to come by these days. Keep up the vids like this and I have no doubt you’ll reach millionaire status.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 12:57 am #

      Thanks for the kind words

When I started to have real success at SEO is when I just made it simple. Keyword research and a very simple proven linking strategy have always got me great results

  12. Moon H November 29, 2012 at 1:12 am #

    Hey Becker,

Something just popped into my head. (Yeah, I know).

If you are to use a private small network to rank for this, is there anything we should look out for? Also, once you create your own 2-3 small sites and point links to your main site, is there a step you take to force Google to crawl these powerful PR links?

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 1:17 am #

      Yep I send Google a sitemap =P

      • Fernando December 4, 2012 at 2:49 pm #

You mean add the site to WMT?

        Thanks!

  13. Steve November 29, 2012 at 1:25 am #

    Great one Becker!

I have a new site that’s not WP nor is its domain the keyword “URL Shortener” so I wondered how that goes?

As mentioned it’s a cool URL shortener called http://g0.to. Can you advise on how to get this sort of site to rank well?
Taking into account it’s a programatic site not a content based one.

    Cheers
    Steve

  14. Mark November 29, 2012 at 1:29 am #

You make it look so easy. Very impressive. Two questions. I thought one of the things we were looking for when we are analyzing the competition was whether they used the exact keyword in their keyword meta tag? You just said here it doesn’t matter. And, If i don’t have the money to buy the hi PR domains, will it do the same to buy a few links? Thanks again for the great info!

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:03 am #

      Hey Mark let me clarify

I watch for that because it shows me that “yes” they are doing SEO because it is obviously optimized. I think title and description has alot more to do with onpage SEO though

Yep, just go buy a few high pr links from good site vendors

  15. Catherine November 29, 2012 at 1:32 am #

Great video. I love the live proof! It’s a rare thing in SEO. I am going to go and watch your videos on keyword research. Excited.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:02 am #

      =)

  16. Hey,

I’m going to watch this video again but let’s say I run a fitness review blog.

    Do the same strategies work?

For example I have a review for a product called truth about abs.

I didn’t have the H2 headline but I just added that.

How would I do the backlinking part of it?

I am willing to pay for your time. I just need a push in the right direction.

    Sorry for my noobness.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:02 am #

Hey david check out some of our post on backlinking linked below the vid!

  17. Danny November 29, 2012 at 1:42 am #

Interesting that a site with an obvious near 100% bounce rate still holds up.

    • Johnno November 29, 2012 at 5:04 am #

I’ve never understood the bounce rate thingy.

Unless you go to a Google website, or to a site with Analytics installed, then Google has no idea where you go. Correct?

      • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:47 pm #

Google sees everything…Tiny lil companies are able to track people online without analytics, I am pretty sure the god of the internet can to =P

  18. Tom Chuong November 29, 2012 at 1:45 am #

Alex, you ROCK! This proof shows us that you are definitely Alex the Great SEO guy. More importantly, the clarity of the proof proves that Pagerank has a major impact on the ranking of a new or established website.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:03 am #

Alex the great SEO guy =)

  19. Dale November 29, 2012 at 1:46 am #

    HAHA thats whats up.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:04 am #

      Thanks dale

  20. Tom Chuong November 29, 2012 at 1:47 am #

By the way, how long do you think this rank will last in Google? Isn’t there a filter in Google that downgrades a new website for a flash ranking?

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:01 am #

      Good question Tom,

The best answer is I have no clue. I have had sites like this sit at the top of google for years sometimes

With that being said I am not going to do a single thing to this site from here on, lets see what happens (learning from this as much as you are!)

      • Ken November 29, 2012 at 3:08 pm #

To answer Tom: I have an exact-match domain site “laythedraw.com” that has no content other than an about page and some of the usual terms of use stuff, etc.. It ranks #1 on Google UK and has done for several months for the keyword “lay the draw”. I didn’t model on Alex’s advice, but it pretty much follows some of it anyway.

Only thing I haven’t done is backlink to it from anywhere – there’s no content on it yet so no point LOL! Tickles me pink.

Great videos, Alex – keep em coming, mate!

        • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:57 pm #

Thanks for the kind words Ken

  21. Chuck November 29, 2012 at 2:01 am #

    Hi Becker,

Very cool! I’ve been searching domains feverishly as per your keyword blueprint. I also had already registered some previously, but haven’t done anything with them.

What’s your feeling on the SEO hyphens in an EMD? Does it matter?

Also, do the PR3 and above links one can order on gig sites (Fiverr and whatnot) pack as good an SEO whollop as using our own high PR domains?

    Thank You,
    Chuck

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:05 am #

I usually dont go EMD. I was just making a example here. Hypens ruin the EMD value

It depends on the links. Your not gonna find any quality links on Fiverr though (5 bucks just does not cover the cost of building good links)

I would hit up the digital point forum. They got some great links providers

    • Chuck November 29, 2012 at 12:43 pm #

      Hi,

Awesome, thank your for the tip.

So an EMD isn’t critical for ranking? That’s a relief!

      Thank You,
      Chuck

      • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:56 pm #

        Yep!

  22. Rob November 29, 2012 at 2:04 am #

Great Video! Where can I find the two previous you talked about?

    Cheers,

    Rob

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:05 am #

      Right below the vid =)

  23. GoFun Places - Ralph November 29, 2012 at 2:05 am #

Great post, man im really considering setup some pr 4 and 5 sites, sheesh lo, very impressive! I already setup the Google Profile as shown your underdog course, and that alone should increase my click thru rate let along the rankings.

    Keep the value coming.

    Ralph Jackson

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:06 am #

Thanks for the kind words Ralph!

  24. Steve November 29, 2012 at 2:08 am #

    Heya Becker,

just a follow up on my previous post.

With http://g0.to I want to expand the site fairly extensively to have subdomains like http://melbourne.realestate.to.g0.to or http://pasta.recipes.to.g0.to type thing. As I understand it each subdomain is seen by Google as a new domain and has to be registered with Google individually. Do you know if that’s the case and if so how do you think I’d go ranking the sites using your method?

Any special tactics beyond what you’ve taught that I could use to get them to rank? These can all be WP sites if I want but some will be pure landing pages.

    Cheers mate, love ya work!

    Proof is always great too.

    Steve

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:28 am #

Hey Steve, I really have no experience with domains like that sorry =(

      Thanks for reading though!

      • Steve November 29, 2012 at 2:47 am #

No worries Alex, I’ll test it out and let you know.

  25. Danny November 29, 2012 at 2:36 am #

When you google it, they show “This site is currently under maintenance” on the description.

The fact that you are still getting 40 visitors a day is good, because most people actually read at least part of the description.

I suspect google will drop this rank for your search term fast since its getting a very small click thru vs top 10 displays.

I’d like to see you change the content to something else so google will re-cache and we can just see what kind of traffic a term like has potential for.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 2:45 am #

lol i probably wont be doing anything more with this site because I ranked it as an example, not a real site, like I said multiple times in the video

Id like to see you apply this to your own sites instead. I think you been given enough to take action with

    • Johnno November 29, 2012 at 5:10 am #

Google has ignored the All-In-One homepage title and description and is showing the page content.

      • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:47 pm #

Weird stuff happens, not a big deal

  26. Drew November 29, 2012 at 2:57 am #

Awesome stuff. Lots of value dude.

I’ve read your monetization methods in your posts and they are great. But if this was a personal site, which method would YOU choose first in order to monetize it?

I usually have trouble deciding which route to take.

    Cheers!

Keep it up. Love this site.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:43 pm #

      Hey Drew

I always go email building/community building on my big sites. Buts thats super advanced.

With that being said, I am all about email marketing and thats how I monetize mostly everysite. Either that or smart affiliate promotion

      • Drew November 29, 2012 at 8:05 pm #

        Cool man.

Signed up for your Infituum thing as well. Look forward to it

  27. Drew November 29, 2012 at 3:00 am #

Oh and the sites ranking 3rd for me. Awesome.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:44 pm #

Yep just saw that, even im shocked by these results

  28. Tie November 29, 2012 at 3:18 am #

You put out some great content bro! Thanks a lot still working on the Under Dog Method!

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:44 pm #

      Unddeeeerrrdoooog

  29. Stefano November 29, 2012 at 3:59 am #

Such great inspiration, Alex you Rock!!

Would you use Adsense in type of Niches?…or some other monetization?

Like the famous song….Thick as a brick.
    Stef

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:44 pm #

Naw Id go look at other episode guide sites and see what they are monetizing with. Then copy it

  30. Steve November 29, 2012 at 4:00 am #

    Hey Alex,
If I’m buying a pr4 domain, does it matter if it’s a dot info site? Will it still have the same SEO effects even if it’s a .info PR4? I ask because I’ve noticed they’re much less expensive. Thanks
    Steve

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:45 pm #

Naw, just make sure the backlinks are good

  31. Eric November 29, 2012 at 4:35 am #

    Hi, Becker

You make ranking simply like a child game. If master it well, there is no limit how much you can earn.

    Thanks

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:45 pm #

      All bout dat keyword researchs!

  32. kurt November 29, 2012 at 4:44 am #

why can’t I see the vids, it’s not loading for me. can you help please? thanks!

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:45 pm #

Not really anything I can do on my end kurt, update your flash so you can watch youtube

  33. Timmy November 29, 2012 at 5:40 am #

    Becker,

Thanks for providing some great FREE info. How did you get your site indexed in Google so fast? My sites take weeks.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:47 pm #

Good backlinks, xml sitemaps, and epic onpage SEO

  34. Howie November 29, 2012 at 5:49 am #

My question is, it got ranked fast, but what about the de ranking? if you don’t do anything it will drop in ranking yes?
what kinda of efforts (since it was easy to rank) will be needed to keep them ranked?

    • Karine November 29, 2012 at 11:03 am #

How do you mean what to do to keep the rankings? Well, he explained pretty straightforward what you have to do.
1st do some more keywords research

2nd Use that H1 , Alt Tag and other goodies to get the rankings

3rd Don’t fall for this story if you can’t monetize the low competition keyword

4th Build your HQ links through the blog commenting (you can get the LIST of Blogs Accepting Guest posts here http://askkarine.com/2012/11/21/list-of-blogs-accepting-guest-posts/ )

5th Load up-to-date and quality content to your blog, at least weekly (Always do teh keyword research before uploading)

6th Invest in the blog design

7th Don’t expect to get rich over night

      Pretty easy, right?:)

      • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:53 pm #

        Thanks Karine

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:49 pm #

Eh a really common misconception I see is that you need to keep doing SEO to keep rankings

If your links are good and the niche isnt saturated, Googles gonna keep you there because there is just nothing else to rank

  35. Derek November 29, 2012 at 6:50 am #

When I first saw this video.. I was like pffft.. probably has like 10k competing pages but in the Canada index phrase match i’m seeing 353,000. Which is pretty impressive for 3-4 links and a single post! not even a senuke blast.

I’ve watched all your videos, but i’m wondering what was the inspiration for this keyword? Do you think it has any monetary value? Keep it up keyword sniper!

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:49 pm #

Yeah with 22k visitors there has to be some money to be made =P

My inspiration is that I really like the show bleach =P

  36. SEO expert November 29, 2012 at 7:16 am #

I learned more PRACTICAL and income producing info watching your videos than every wso I bought back in the day. Way to prove it man….but I had already done so myself. I tried to purchase the links from your site that you mentioned in the video but the link to access them takes you to a dead page. Do you still sell them?

    Thanks again Alex.

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:50 pm #

Source Links is still down right now, check out source autopilot (re opening tomorrow)

Thanks though, glad I could help!

  37. Carl November 29, 2012 at 11:00 am #

Hi Becker, there’s 1 issue I’m still a little fuzzy about… When you talk about getting high PR domains and “change everything on the site”, do you do this for every site you want to rank or do you use the same domains and just rewrite the whole existing domains…? I bought your short course and it was awsome but I’m still alittle fuzzy on this part. How does that bit work? Thanks and best regards,
    Carl

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:53 pm #

      Hey Carl

Step 1 : by expired domain

Step 2: Put a new wordpress on it (clears the content)

Step 3: Make it about the site your linking to and link to it

Now…dumb it down to those 3 steps..Your overcomplicating it =P

  38. James November 29, 2012 at 11:37 am #

So how do you monetize these websites?

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:53 pm #

      By selling ninja swords

  39. John November 29, 2012 at 12:06 pm #

    hi becker,
i’m interested in buying your infinitum product. but why do i need it, if you release all information for free, or will that change in the future?

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:55 pm #

Well asking something like that is kinda a slap in the face john

If I have a price tag on something of course its gonna be valuable, I sit down with everyone for hours explaining this stuff inside

Its a shame free information disuades you from being a bigger part of Source Wave

  40. Richard November 29, 2012 at 2:44 pm #

    Hi Becker,

    Hi,
The site has a PR5 backlinks you didn’t mention:
(link to your site – edited by becker)

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 5:59 pm #

I in fact did mention PR5 links

It must of slipped to through my mind when I was showing you how I ranked…for free.

Thanks for linking to my blog network site publicly on my blog though…

  44. Alex Newell November 29, 2012 at 5:53 pm #

I loved the video Alex although I thought you were going to ignore the idiot challengers / infidels!

I really appreciate the little details like showing the settings in your seo plugin.

I have a couple of questions if you have time…

I noticed you left the title of the page blank and used an H1 tag in the text editor itself. Is that because your theme is not wrapping your title with H!s?

Any reason you chose to publish on a page and not a post?

Thank you for this – it is not just an SEO lesson but a huge laugh as well.

    Alex

PS here in the UK bleach is on number 2 snuggling just under Wiki :-)

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 6:02 pm #

      INFIDELS!

      1. I just dont like the title showing up on the page. Its ugly, so I just delete it

      2. Because sites dont need to be blogs to rank, in fact it would be super weird to have a blog about bleach episode guides =P

Haha thanks funny that is doing so well in the UK, its at 3 for me now. Kinda hilarious

  45. Jan November 29, 2012 at 6:47 pm #

    Hi Becker,

you rock! I can find your website on 3rd position on Czech Google :D I wanted to ask you why is your service “Powerful backlinks” down?

Also could you maybe do a post/video about some backlinking software?

    Have a nice day!
    Jan

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 6:51 pm #

Hey Jan, we currently took down Source Links because we want to focus on other thing

I actually have something just like that in the works

      • Jan December 6, 2012 at 5:56 pm #

Hi Alex, do you have any experience with Article kevo / GSA search engine ranker / Scrapebox? Which tools do you use?

  46. Chris Delano November 29, 2012 at 7:01 pm #

    Hey Alex,

I’ve been following you for a little while now, and I really trust your insight and advise. I purchased your Dream Niches product that actually got my site ranked in about 48 hrs page 1 of the big “G”

This new video talks about just having 3 back-links from PR 3 and 4 sites instead of all the 20 some-odd PR1 back-links you suggest in Dream Niches.
I guess my question is how do we get the PR 3 and 4 back-links?

Did you already cover that somewhere??

By the way, how do I get my avatar on here?

  47. Rob D November 29, 2012 at 7:42 pm #

Hey quick question when buying high pr domains. Everything is all set up content changed, linked back to your money site, do you have to change the IP address so that google doesn’t know its your site?

    • Becker November 29, 2012 at 7:59 pm #

  49. Gabe November 29, 2012 at 8:38 pm #

When I searched for “bleach episode guide” I saw you’re site at #1….Now it seems to be #3 for me.

Looks to have low competition for that keyword, “allintitle: bleach episode guide shows” 1,800 results which is pretty low and usually easier to rank for.

Just as you say, keyword research is important.

question about adding a link out to an authority site…

    should we make it nofollow?

    • Becker December 1, 2012 at 12:36 am #

      No way jose

  52. Ian November 30, 2012 at 4:37 am #

Awesome ranking there Alex. But I though PR+Relevance is the key. How come the 3 pr5 links are totally not related to bleach(topic)… Or is it as long as the post from that pr5 is relevant?

    • Becker December 1, 2012 at 12:37 am #

I usually only make it relevant if the keyword is tough, with smart keyword research I dont have to be so revelevant

  53. Will November 30, 2012 at 7:14 am #

    Hey Becker -

Just curious, is this similar to the course you had as a WSO or is this different. Just curious, I have both and wondering where to start!

    haha.

    thanks bud!

    • Becker December 1, 2012 at 12:41 am #

      Yes

  58. Mirko December 1, 2012 at 8:40 am #

Hey Becker great post, just 2 things. Do you think that this High PR backlinking would go with Web2.0 sites like blogger, squidoo or youtube channels? I mean you can turn them up to PR 3 quite easy from my own experience, youtube videos get a PR3 with just a few fiverr gigs very fast. Do you think this has the same impact?

Another point is, I have 5 exact match domains focussing on 1 product and they all dropped eventhough they have original conten and Authorship setting. Now my question is as these are blogs, do you think it is better to create pages like on your example or like I did posts on these blogs? Would it be useful to change all posts to pages to gain back some rankings or just leave as it is? I would like to create 1 new site, would you suggest to create only pages instead of posts? I only created pages for legal stuff like affiliate agreement until now.

I know a lot of stuff, Thank you
    Mirko

  59. Skip Martin December 1, 2012 at 7:23 pm #

    Hi Alex.

I don’t know how it is I came upon you but I will tell you this:
after sitting through dozens of webinars, buying as many WSO’s,
and sifting through thousands of PDF pages on everything from
Pinterest to Twitter to Craigslist email scrapers and more…

,,,I have to say that you provide more useful and actionable
information in one of your complimentary videos than most
so-called gurus offer in their paid programs.

As a result of my discovery of your website I am unsubscribing
to all IM marketers and have put all WSO purchases on hold.
I’d rather save my money and hire you for coaching.

I have a unique issue involving an existing business and I’ll
be writing to you in the near future to see what you might be
    able to offer.

In the meantime feel free to share these comments in any
promotional pieces you create in the future.

I feel like I just found a blue diamond after digging through
a mountain of shit for a year.

Haha truly flattered skip. This is exactly what I strive to do =)

I was wondering what happened with the first PDF report?? (scheduled for December 1)

    Thanks!

Hey we wanted to add a bit more to it! Its going out tonight!

  61. Marc December 2, 2012 at 11:25 pm #

    Yo Becker,

When buying high pr domains… does it matter if it’s a .Net, .Info, .Org, etc?

Or should i stick with the .Coms?

Just wondering if one holds more authority than the other…

    Let me know what’s up!

    From,

    Marc C.

  62. Daniel December 3, 2012 at 12:15 pm #

    Hey Becker,

    awesome video lesson (again)!!!

I can see you used 3 back links from PR5 web sites and I have two questions for you, please.

Suppose that I go and buy some PR5 domains (using Godaddy) and I host them using a SEO Hosting service as you suggested, do I’ll still need to change the web site content or just add some back link pointing to my money site on their home pages?

And what kind of content we should put on them, if we need to change it and considering that we need them just because of their PR?

    Let me know please!

    Thanks!

    • Simon December 3, 2012 at 8:34 pm #

      Daniel,

      * you can use seo hosting or use just spread each of your websites across many cheap hosting services
      * he mentioned this before in this post (or maybe other post) – get a relevant content (if you are going into competitive niche it’s important), titles, images, h1 ,etc
      * add backlinks on the homepage. In wp go to settings -> reading –> choose a static page with your content. Or you can display posts, too. Just make sure those backlinks are on the homepage

      Hope that helps

      • Daniel December 3, 2012 at 11:18 pm #

        Thanks Simon,

however the backlinks that Becker used for this example are from pr5 websites that are completely unrelevant/unrelated to the bleach episode guide/manga niche.
        How is that?

I guess you just need those 3 backlink (or more) from good PR websites and that’s it?

        • Simon December 4, 2012 at 9:19 am #

Becker said it alredy somewhere – if you are not going for high competition kwds, you can use even unrelated backlinks and it will work.

  63. Mike December 3, 2012 at 2:35 pm #

    Hi Becker

I get how you can rank a site like this especially will followers of
    your blog giving you traffic!

But how are you going to monetize it and still keep ranking?

    Mike

    • Simon December 3, 2012 at 8:36 pm #

He said he’s not going to monetize it, watch the video and read article :P

      • Mike December 4, 2012 at 12:10 pm #

My point if it wasn’t clear is what would be the point of making these
sites if you’re not going to monitize it in some form and if you were
to do so would this effect the ranking?
I know Becker said he wasn’t intending to monetize it thanks!

        • Becker December 4, 2012 at 5:22 pm #

I honestly made THIS site to say “hey look guys, this is what I taught you and this is a first hand example of it working”. Kinda like a teaching tool =)

I am not monetizing this specific site because frankly announcing a brand new site on a blog thousands of people read is a very bad idea if you want to rely on it. However I make tons of sites like this and monetize them =)

  64. Michael December 3, 2012 at 6:52 pm #

    Hey Becker,

    Nice video, loved it.

The pr domianes you buy to make pr-relevans sites, do they all have have backlinks ?

I see so many not having any. My guess a domain with no backlinks will give you good pr anyways?

    Have a nice one :)

  65. Simon December 3, 2012 at 8:41 pm #

They must have backlinks – otherwise they wouldn’t have a high Page Rank (except fake pr’s ofc).

They have backlinks, you just probably use wrong tools. Check with these (FREE):

    http://www.majesticseo.com/reports
    seokicks.de

Or maybe you use wrong format when you type. Check both with and withouth www. So for example, check backlinks for:

    source-wave.com
    http://source-wave.com
    http://www.source-wave.com

    You’ll often get different results.

    Hope that helps :)

  66. Rob D December 3, 2012 at 9:58 pm #

hey i signed up for source infinitum.

but i never got login info or a page where i entered that stuff in. just went to paypal and that was it

  67. Michael December 4, 2012 at 6:41 am #

    Thanks Simon.

I do check at http://www.majesticseo.com/ but i see so many domaines on pr powershot that has no backlinks, i do check for a fake pr to. I just do not understand how so many has a pr if they need to have links.

  68. Mikko December 5, 2012 at 9:20 am #

    Hi!
I´m not sure if someone already asked this (soo many comments) but
should you get the “WHO IS” service for those PR 2-5 domains at GoDaddy?

  69. Rolf December 5, 2012 at 10:42 am #

    Hi Becker,

    is source-links.com down?

  70. johnnyboy December 5, 2012 at 11:07 am #

    Becker,

What do you think of nofollow links. Do they count for anything?

    As far as

    1. Pagerank
    2. Passing Anchor Text Relevance

    Do they ever help?

    • Marc December 9, 2012 at 11:29 am #

Hmm… if your talking about No-Follow links, your probably referring to profile & comment links ..

Typically, you’ll want to mix it up … but u should do this instead …

Have web 2.0 properties point at your money site,

Then you can point some high pr comment & profile links to your web 2.0…

Stick with high quality contextual links pointing to your money site, you’ll get much better results

  71. Ilyas December 5, 2012 at 12:53 pm #

    Alex,

I have purchased your UnderDog course and it is all about Google Authority.

I have also read most of your blogs including http://source-wave.com/authority-seo-blueprint/.

Which again is about google authority and you advise people not to fake G+ presence because google owns this one,
but the problem for me is that there isn’t many people in my niche because I target non-english niches so wont get many people, if any, to circle me back.

My niche is so small I can’t even find anyone on G+ to circle.

I am very much interested in what you done to achieve fast ranking in this video http://source-wave.com/24-hours-seo-ranking/.

BTW thanks for all the free bullshit-free info you provide to us.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

    King Regards,

    Ilyas

I have a few questions 1 how to you know this stuff ? 2 is that a static page you showed ? 3 why didn’t you use a page title in that page 4 i thought Google loved content there’s hardly no content on that page? im very confused but you are the best i just dont no how ur doing this

    • Becker December 6, 2012 at 4:48 pm #

      1. Lots of practice

      2. Yep

      3. Because it makes it look messy

      4. People have no clue what they are talking about

      Hope that helps =)

      • rj December 6, 2012 at 5:06 pm #

thank you Alex and thanks for the very quick reply i myself am setting up an internet marketing site just stuff i learn really could you check it out and tell me if i am doing anything wrong http://www.pukkaboom.com by the way not using this as a backlink just need help. also i noticed you say pr plus relevance and to the website you showed the backlinks are not relevant to the site bit confused. and do you leave the post/page title out on all of your websites? HELP!

  73. rj December 6, 2012 at 8:14 pm #

I was just thinking to myself why cant you make 1 website with multiple niches on it for example on 1 page weight loss or you could just do posts and put them in category like a weight loss category or a internet marketing cat is this possible because Becker you have inspired me to think out side the box? for a long time i thought that you must do what the courses say that you cant think for your self maybe im wrong on this but heck im going to try i just want your opinion on this

  74. Derek December 7, 2012 at 12:50 am #

    hey Becker,

do you target related keywords on the same page, or do you break them into their own pages?or only if there is enough search volume or competitiveness for them. ie. like your d drol one. Sub keywords like buy d drol, d drol cycles, d drol stacks, buy d drol etc. Would you just just make sure the related keywords are on the same page minus the d drol or start making separate pages so you can put them into the title, and meta’s etc?

i’ve been doing separate pages for only ones that would still make the 3k monthly volume

    thanks bud

    • rj December 7, 2012 at 2:41 am #

he targets one keyword per page truest me i have looked into his site dont over think things its really simple to do this simple on page seo…. i have copied his teachings in my own page look http://retrobags.org/ and note that im using 1 key word which is retro bags in my title my url and my site description and in my image tag and image filename and in my h1 tag and im linking to a pr5 site so thats what he teaches so i will let you no of my rankings…………Hoped this helped

  75. Ilyas December 7, 2012 at 5:58 pm #

Can somebody answer my question? or did I ask the wrong question?

  76. Wilton December 8, 2012 at 8:32 am #

This is a very informative video. It shows that rankings can be quick and high, even for new sites, with the appropriate keywords and SEO tweaks. :)

    Thanks for sharing!

Im losing respect for you Becker. What dont you answer my question?

    • Becker December 9, 2012 at 9:32 pm #

Hey Johnny this is pretty rude after I laid all this out for you for free . Ive been hanging out with family during the holidays, I sometimes don’t have time to answer comments so please dont treat me like I am some instant SEO answer hotline…

      Hope you change your attitude

  78. Irmscher December 9, 2012 at 6:53 pm #

Hey man, i’m really enjoying your blog and narration style, I think you’ve got the talent to discuss boring stuff from a fun angle.

Now i assume when you are doing keyword research you are relying on [Exact] match, is that right?

  79. johnnyboy December 11, 2012 at 5:12 pm #

Im sorry Becker for what I said. The thing that you answered many other things on your blog after the date that I posted my question but some how refuse to answer mine and I also posted it in another section on this blog and it was not answered there either and alot of time has gone by, while you are answering other peoples questions. That is why I said what I said. I like your blog and bought I think absolutely all the stuff you sold.

    • Becker December 11, 2012 at 7:59 pm #

      Its okay Johnny

The reason I did not answer is because I usually stick to a posts comments for about 2 day, then after that there is just so many random comments all over the blog that it is super hard to keep track of them when I am in busy mode

Glad to see your nice after all!

  80. johnnyboy December 12, 2012 at 1:26 am #

Smaller niche = less circle presence needed

  82. rj December 12, 2012 at 2:47 pm #

so basically you find easy keyword then get the emd then put it on a pr5 site a boom instant rankings?

    • Becker December 12, 2012 at 7:22 pm #

Most of the time you dont even need PR5s

  83. johnnyboy December 13, 2012 at 1:17 pm #

Becker you seem like political candidates that give an answer but dont answer the actual question.

  84. rj December 15, 2012 at 2:40 am #

I dont have much money to throw around so what would you recommened to me backlinking and do you think you need any back links at all if its very low compertition and your ddrol site is very low?

  85. Mohamed Ali Said December 18, 2012 at 2:49 pm #

are you getting traffic for that site coz 2 listings are wikipedia ?

  86. Philip December 22, 2012 at 5:53 am #

    Hi Becker,

Hey I have a few ? .. Say you decide to place adsense on this site…how many pages/articles would you add ?..how many words would you suggest the articles be ?

  87. Roger December 23, 2012 at 7:16 pm #

    Hi Alex,

I have a new site, gamernews.org (aged domain), it is not ranking, and is showing no where in the serps, my question is, how can I rank a site like mine even though it is wordpress based, I cannot do posts like the ones you demonstrate here.

    What would you suggest.

    Roger

Hey been meaning to share this just haven’t gotten around to it until now. After watching this video and using a mix of strategies from your underdog videos I decided that I would try to duplicate what you did and I’m now sitting at position #5 for my key term Dexter episode guide. I chose the show Dexter since it’s one of my favs and found http://www.dexterepisodeguide.com was available so I grabbed it and in less than two weeks (yeah I wasn’t able to pull it off in 24 hrs) I was on the first page for that term and several more, and getting 100+ visitors a day on average. I have used these methods on several other money terms too and they are working well right now. Love what you guys are doing here and looking forward to more quality stuff from you guys.

    • Becker January 2, 2013 at 5:54 pm #

      Epic!

  89. Sandra January 5, 2013 at 2:45 am #

Becker, thank you for sharing such valuable information for free. This is the first training video I watched this yer and it is a very good start for 2013.

      Glad you enjoyed Sandra!

Hey AWESOME Alex Becker! Thanks for the valuable wisdom you shared with us in this video. Quick question, what services do you recommend on buying already made PR3 and PR5 links? and Does this method of PR links also work with Youtube videos. Please Let me know.Really would appreciate it. and Thanks again for the video!

  91. Artur January 5, 2013 at 9:53 am #

I’m now optimizing my authority website with your advice.

    For authority site linking:
    - i’m linking to my social profiles: fb fanpage, g+ business page and twitter.
    - Will those links be the same category as link to wikipedia?
    - I actually can’t link to wikipedia on my search term, because the article is rubbish.

    THANK YOU!!!

  92. Derek January 5, 2013 at 12:10 pm #

    Hey Becker,

The amount of quality information you share FOC is amazing. Just wanted to say thanks because you have filled in so many gaps in my online knowledge. Just signed up for Infinitum – or whatever it’s called – however you say it :)

Just thanks again and keep it coming.

    Cheers

    Derek

  93. Gill January 5, 2013 at 12:52 pm #

I’ve noticed since Google’s last update that it’s actually easier to rank pages/posts as long as you follow some basic SEO steps and don’t link to spammy sites.

  94. Vance January 5, 2013 at 3:50 pm #

Man I just found this website as somehow I got on your list. I was about to delete the email but something made me click, this is awesome! I’ve been doing something similar in my niche with some great results but it’s been hit or miss. I left out the image and the authority link. Also I’ve been testing with Joost’s WordPress SEO plugin but overall I feel I’ve had far better results with All in one.

Can’t wait to watch the keyword videos, this is gold.

    • Becker January 6, 2013 at 7:42 pm #

Ha glad you climbed on board Vance!

  95. Veterinarian Kevin January 5, 2013 at 4:56 pm #

Great stuff, always love getting nuggets. Now I just have to go thru all my cheesy sites and fix the problems per the video.
    Thanks!

  96. Kim January 5, 2013 at 9:06 pm #

Thanks again Becker for the great info. In your monetization post you talk about going to similar sites and see what they are promoting. I did a search on Bleach Episode Guide and they have them monetized with insurance banners and one had a bunch of banners with cat food. In this case how would you go about finding a good product or service to promote that fits the audiance? I wouldn`t think cat food would do very well here.

You also mentioned about how important the email marketing is, so how would you do an email campaign for something like Bleach Episode Guide? I mean what could you write in several emails that would interest people, get them to open email and drive them to your site on a subject like this?

    Thanks

  97. Zachary January 5, 2013 at 9:44 pm #

Hey Becker, it’s been awhile since I’ve done any kind of IM or SEO. Idk if you remember me… Anyways, source-wave has become HUGE!!! good for you B-)

Been looking through your content and you mentioned releasing an article on creating Nuke Links/Setting Up A Network: is that already out (i can’t seem to find things on source-wave very easily) or is it still in the works? Just something about how to choose what sites to buy, how to modify them, set up hosting, create the links, etc.

    • Becker January 6, 2013 at 7:41 pm #

Yeah check the first page dude =) Thanks for the kind words!

  98. Jason January 5, 2013 at 11:18 pm #

Thanks again Becker for an informative video. I took your advice and bought a PR4 site from your last video within SEO-Underdog. Am just waiting for the site to be transferred to my GoDaddy and will then follow your instruction to the tee. Fingers crossed.

    Keep up the good work.
    Cheers, Jason.

      Great stuff Jason =)

  99. Brett January 6, 2013 at 5:38 am #

    Nice work Beck,

Loved the video.. Was informative like all the others.

Ranking for most terms in a short amount of time can be tough.. That said, doesn’t google give a little love for newer domains initially propelling them to the page 1 and 2 for a short while as part of the dance? That is assuming that these sites have been optimize onpage pretty well . Now I hate to come out and be the naysayer, but ranking for a term like “bleach episode guide” is pretty simple if you know what you are doing. Although it gets a lot exact searches. the competition seems very low.. Still, ranking for any term on page 1 with high search vol is impressive if it pays out.. A better example would be a more competitive term, using the same strategy and then how many days / weeks / month it would then take. Again, I’m not here to be mr. bummer… The example you provided was great.. Tho, doing a niche with serious competition would then be quite impressive. Carry one.. Love the vids.

    Thanks

    • Becker January 6, 2013 at 7:40 pm #

Hey Brett, the key to SEO that got me to 100k+ a year was not being a hardcore SEO that ranked for super competitive terms. It was constantly picking out niches like this and ranking 5 pages on my authority sites on the first page every few days. Like I would literally pick a big niche and then just take down keyword and keyword like this.

With that being said, I have ranked clients for some insanely competitive keywords…the bad news is it takes a budget. As a newbie its going to be extremely tough to get a foothold in something like “credit repair” because for every $1 you spend, some company is willing to spend a thousand. Hence why I tell newcomers to go this route.

  100. Mike January 6, 2013 at 11:46 am #

Nice but why don’t you do a real challenge.

Any 5 year old can rank for a 22K global monthly searched keyword by simply using basic WP defaults

Try ranking 1st in 2 days for a 500K global monthly searched keyword with what you just did without buying an PR sites…

    Thought so…

    • Becker January 6, 2013 at 7:34 pm #

This might be the dumbest comment left here in a long time. Im just going to leave this up so everyone can share a chuckle with me

    • Kim January 7, 2013 at 5:37 pm #

Maybe you know ALOT more than a lot of us but I for one am learning a lot from Beckers training and I`m far from being 5 yrs old – no need to insult me. Beckers training is about the 22k searches and not the 500k searches! If thats what you want you need to go find some one who is doing that. Different teachers teach different things so don`t be nasty.

      • Becker January 7, 2013 at 6:18 pm #

Hey Kim, dont waste your breath on this guy.

Challenging me to rank for a 500k search is like saying ‘HEY IF YOU CAN RANK FOR THE TERM “DOG” YOU SUCK”

The guy just wants to be upset and clearly has no idea what he is talking about lol

    • Gabe January 11, 2013 at 7:30 pm #

Oh geez thanks Mike this is hilarious!

  101. Charles January 9, 2013 at 5:18 pm #

Becker, I’ve been doing something similar to this only with higher competition keywords and exact searches with some success but admittedly I did leave out some steps, and doing it with no links at all.

My question is, on the ones I’ve tried that did not land on the first page (no clue what page they’re on in fact), should I delete the WP and start over with all the steps, or just add in the missing steps including links and see if they appear?

Thanks, hope that made sense! Love your work bro..keep it up.

    • Becker January 9, 2013 at 6:05 pm #

Hey charles the secret is finding uncompetitive big niches with keyword research. Also you NEED links to get indexed. So you kinda left out the two most important steps =)’

      Hope that helps

  102. Charles January 9, 2013 at 8:50 pm #

It does help Becker, perhaps I should clarify. I have a niche that is competitive, however after doing the keyword research I found I can rank many EMD sites for the keywords within that niche. I guess I’m doing it different as I have an offline business and industry and these are lead generating sites for my business. So I have landed many on the first page and I’m making money with them even without links, but they don’t get nearly the large amount of searches as each individual keyword does in your example.

I’m taking the volume approach. I’ll add in those links on the ones that didn’t rank and see what happens. Thanks!

  103. natasha January 20, 2013 at 1:15 am #

hey thanks alot for the info did not know it was that easy :-) i was actually one of those people banging their heads thanks send me free stuff!!!! ;-)

  104. Adam January 21, 2013 at 6:30 pm #

Well I’ve done it all. Created 10 web2.0 sites, linked to wikipedia and bunch of other high PR sites, have done almost everything in the video, used UAW to link to my web2.0 sites, boosted traffic with adwords, have written almost all articles, have tweeted them…. and I still don’t rank. It is really getting frustrating. So Becker… I could really use some advice. Cheers

    • Becker January 21, 2013 at 7:11 pm #

Sounds like your keyword research that is off Adam.

  105. Mitchell January 26, 2013 at 7:10 am #

Quick question regarding source infintuim. If I sign up now do I still get access to past things you have gone over before?
are the webinars recorded incase you can’t make them. I work heaps :(
Lastly how long does all the material stay up for as some of your older products I can not even access now.
keep up the good work your killing it man :)

    • Becker January 26, 2013 at 3:52 pm #

yep! You get access to everything

  106. Marko February 12, 2013 at 10:18 am #

    Hey homie,

love that video. I just did all of that stuff on my new domain and hope that I will be ranking soon.

Just one little question: At the end of the video, you’re saying something about an XML-Sitemap. Is there maybe an article, where you explain how you create those XML-Sitemap’s?

Thank you very much for the good work!

    Marko

  107. Darren February 13, 2013 at 2:22 pm #

Alex, I’m totally impressed. One question though, what do you consider to be a competitive keyword?? For instance in the google keyword tool you get 22,200 “exact match” global monthly searches for bleach episode guide. But you have over 1,300,000 competing websites for this keyword. And with page rank ranging from 1 to 4 Do you have a specific formula or guideline you go by first before going through this process?? Either way that is an awesome job!

    Thanks,
    Darren

  108. Wally February 28, 2013 at 10:36 pm #

    Couple questions.

When you link out to an authority site, do you make the link nofollow? Maybe you mentioned it in the video – if you did I missed it. I’ve read so many different opinions about do/nofollow I have no idea what to think anymore.

Also, if you use a tool like Zemanta to get images, generally those images come from Flickr or WikiMedia. Would it suffice to just keep Zemanta’s included attribution link as your obligatory authority link, or do you think it’s better to separate them?

    Thanks.

  109. stereohype March 25, 2013 at 12:43 pm #

How do you name your images exactly?
    bleach-episode-guide.png or bleachepisodeguide.png ?

    CHeers!

  110. Will March 28, 2013 at 9:34 pm #

    Becker,

    Ok. Big question.

I’ve seen your video here about ranking in 24 hours as well as the one on making $1,000 a day when you need fast cash etc. Ok, so I “thought” I was following your advice pretty closely. You know, I went and got myself signed up with a JVnotify affiliate program that was launching about three days from the time I wanted to rank.

Now, I checked, and there was actually already a ton of competition already, and all the keywords…and I mean ALL of them were super competitive. However, my SEO beat all of theirs hands down. I also had PR 2s and 3s (and one 4) with links pointing back to my new page. (To be fair, these were comments on blog pages that I saw had these page rankings from SEO Quake.)

So, to make a long story short, every day I have been putting backlinks toward this page, every day I’ve gotten comments etc. from PR 2s and above pointing back to my page…and seriously…I haven’t ranked for any keywords at all. In fact, I went to google and put in the link to my page…and google came back without even finding my page.

It’s Iike my page doesn’t even exist.

I feel like I am beating my head against the wall here. If there is anything you could tell me based on my description, please do. I can’t freaking figure out what I’m doing wrong.

  111. Will March 29, 2013 at 4:40 pm #

    Wow. Never mind.

I found out my site wasn’t being indexed because the settings on my SiteMap plugin were wrong, and were set to only send updates to Google once a week. Sheesh, I feel stupid.

    Grrrr…..

Becker, keep up the good work!

  112. pfs March 30, 2013 at 6:01 pm #

    I actually have a shortcut:
I’m using a tool called Niche Sniper to get the WP sites created in minutes!

Let’s see how quick I will make it to the 1st page of Google.
    Results posted soon.

  114. Alex April 6, 2013 at 1:02 am #

    Becker,

After watching this for the 3rd time over the past couple weeks, I just now noticed that you created a page in wordpress and not a post.

Is there any significance to that? I have been using posts……Also, I wondered this same question when I bought my first couple PR3 domains, do I make a page in the new sites and link out to my money sites or do I make a post???? any difference?

    Thanks again,

    Alex

  115. Rich April 10, 2013 at 8:00 pm #

    Hey Becker Big Bawsss,

Your information is extremely valuable! I have been building multiple sites, doing keyword research and reading and watching your posts for pretty much six days straight! You inspired me and thanks for that!

I have been trying to rank my sites using the exact tips you gave, but none of the three sites I used with exact keyword rank are on the first page on google, what am I doing wrong?

    Kind regards

  116. Michael Vera April 13, 2013 at 11:14 pm #

I bookmarked this post, cool! You’re one of the only guys so adamant about keyword research.

  118. Lior April 28, 2013 at 9:46 pm #

    Quick Question Becker,

I noticed in the video that you did not put a title for the post with Taylor Swift in it. In wordpress (at least in my theme), the title is automatically made into an H1 tag. Are you suggesting that we add a title as well as another H1 with our keyword in it? Won’t that look weird on a post also?

    Thanks!

  119. Ron Blackwelder April 29, 2013 at 1:47 am #

I am following your dream niche videos as I am trying to build out a few niche oriented sites. Thank you for all the detailed information.

But I have a question on the backlinking strategy. You talk about SENuke and while that is where I want to eventually be, I do not have to time to get up to speed while doing all the other things I am trying to get done (while working a full time+ job).

You also mention that you can get these services on fiverr, but I have a couple of questions:

    - There are so many tiered backlinking offers on fiverr that are all over the map and it is very confusing. If you were looking to outsource this to fiverr, what is the perfect type of package you would look for (social media, wiki, web 2.0, etc.)?

    - Do you have a recommended seller on fiverr that I can seek?

    Thanks!

    Ron

  120. Tim April 29, 2013 at 7:00 pm #

Yes impressive. But I would have hoped you explained to us how you decided on this key word? You said the key word research was important, but then didn’t explain how you decided on this key word.

Interesting video indeed Champ. You’re certainly full of surprises my friend. What a shame I hate using WordPress.
I believe whether or not I like it I’m gonna have to get back into using WordPress again. I don’t think there is anyway

    Good video bud

    Cheers mate

  125. Alex April 30, 2013 at 4:42 am #

    Hey Becker,

How would you monetize these easy to rank sites? I mean bleach episode guide or game of thrones episode guide might not be the easiest keywords to monetize. Do you just make it into an adsense site?

    Cheers,
    Alex

  127. Ian May 1, 2013 at 11:19 am #

    Hey Alex

You have always preached PR + Relevance is key. But for newbies, buying a pr5 may be costly. Have you tried expired domains? I have found some expired domains with no pr, pr0 and pr1 but has 40-50+ Domain authority and page authority rating (and it cost less than $10 ). Do you think this domains would still qualify for good backlinks? after all, it’s the link juice that we are after.

    I have 1 question.
Have you ever had any copyright issues with these types of sites (ie using a tv show’s name in the domain name?)

Keep up the fabulous work and congrats on your continued success!

    Thanks!

Not to be a bummer, but your site is nowhere anymore for that keyword. What went wrong?

    • Becker June 12, 2013 at 2:47 am #

Hmm im seeing 3 of my sites showing up for that search

      (.net, watchthingsonline, and the youtube)

I’ve watched this video a few times now and these high PR links flat out work. Becker has simplified SEO. Nice work!

I have never learned as much about SEO and ranking as when I hooked up with Source Wave. I watch every video and read every email and post they write. These guys know what they are doing and they don’t hold anything back. Truly my go to guys for all things ranking.
Simplifying SEO is an understatement. Absolutely love the material and am learning to become a SEO genius. Thanks for all you do, it is truly appreciated.

    Becker,
Can we use SAPE high pr homepage links for POKE and then create PR 1+ pyramid they SAPE sites are natural websites not like a general blog network they sell homepage links. SAPE have 500000+ sites in it.

  149. Roland June 12, 2013 at 11:00 am #

For those who are really paranoid about the latest Google updates, i simply say that everything in this tutorial still works even after all the EMD and penguin updates.

    In Summary:

    1. Focus on picking the right niche (preferably if it is something you like writing about).
    2. Do a proper keyword research and reserve the right domain.
    3. Connect your website with social media and networks along with Google Authorship.
    4. Properly Optimize all your pages.
    5. Have decent links from 3+ PR websites that are relevant. [Remember the rule of Quality + Relevancy].

I highly recommend checking A. Becker’s Source Infinitum if you need to go in depth and understand properly how the process works including monetization.

    All the Best!

  150. Adam June 12, 2013 at 8:48 pm #

How is creating your own small private blog network of high PR sites different or better than paying someone to put links from their own high PR blog network to your site? Could you not create the site with the good on-page SEO, then pay another service to put links on their high PR network to your site?

      Check the latest post :P

  152. Stefan June 13, 2013 at 2:52 am #

    Hey Becker,

Impressive. I am about to test your theory here but one thing that you didn’t mention in the video is what sites did you use to link to your site. I looked on goolge and I didn’t find any backlinks to your site. Are they down since you did this 6 months ago?

But the thing I wonder the most – how do you keep up with google’s changes? Do you know when the next update is? You know they will be after you :) so you got to find a way to find the loophole again! Meanwhile, if you got the money – travel man!

    Cheers!

    • Becker June 13, 2013 at 3:01 am #

Eh Google has a bit bigger fish to fry than what I am doing :P

      • Stefan June 13, 2013 at 2:58 pm #

Hope you are right. How do you keep track of their search updates? I can’t find anything on goolge like a news feed for them.

I was hoping you can also answer my other question about the sites that you used with PR3+ for the above example as backlinks.

        Thanks

        • Becker June 13, 2013 at 4:50 pm #

They dont really, I used a site I owned :)

    Hey Becker,

I had a question about building links to the Skilo sites. I found some blog articles that allow html in the comments and they are like PR 4 pages. When I post my comment the link is fine but puts the rel=”nofollow” tag to my link. My question is, are these valuable or good links that will help the Skilo sites since they are high PR pages or am I waisting my time with these type of links? Thanks.

  158. Luke Mitchley July 5, 2013 at 10:30 am #

Hey Becker, can we try this out with blogspots? Im using Senuke, are these links ok if setup right?

  159. Luke Mitchley July 5, 2013 at 10:33 am #

Also, if i use a domian, does it have to be an EMD? or can i ranke each KW on a separate page? Also if the site has backlinks that i built but for other KW though , does that help?

Thanks for he answers i advance

  160. Luke Mitchley July 5, 2013 at 10:36 am #

And lastly im typing as i think, if i were to get an expired domain with KW similar to the ones i would like to rank for would that work?

  161. Darlene Ellenburg July 24, 2013 at 7:00 pm #

Great that you pulled out a concise snippet. Love your webinars but need the quick 1-2-3-4-5 step stuff. I had KW research down. AIO SEO and pics, H1 tags was the review I needed. Maybe I’m dense but I took 2 pages of notes on this for my permanent go-to folder. Thanks!

  162. Dustin Cannon July 24, 2013 at 7:32 pm #

Hi, if I buy a PR 4 domain from yourmaindomains for example will it retain PR when I create new site with new content on it?

  163. Tim July 24, 2013 at 9:09 pm #

I fail to see what the point of this was. CPC is $0.10, WOW, this should make me rich, not.

  164. Don July 24, 2013 at 9:27 pm #

I’ve watched many of your videos and you’ve really opened my eyes to how to do keyword/niche research properly!

I’m surprised you’ve not monetized these sites as they obviously pull in quite a bit of traffic given their positions on the rankings.

Keep up the brilliant work. I’m a regular reader now and have joined the Facebook page :-)

  167. Tom July 31, 2013 at 2:15 pm #

This might be a really dumb question – but when you are showing the search results and you are seeing how well your keywords are ranking (in the videos you have been showing graphs with yellow plot lines). What site/software do you use to analyse these results?

  168. Ben August 7, 2013 at 11:06 am #

This is amazing, I can’t believe it worked. You have done this in November 2012, now it’s August 2013 and your site is still in Google top 10. I’m not even searching from an English speaking country and still it’s top 10 for me – with no content at all. You outrank sites that have so much more content (like listofbleachepisodes.com) with only an EMD and two incoming high PR links (at least that’s what I was able to find). Unbelieveable.

I always thought SEO has to be hard, sitting here writing my 500-1000 words optimized unique articles, scraping for a good backlink mix with various keywords, putting together videos and pictures… and so on. Apparently all it needs to rank well is basic on page SEO and an EMD with a few juicy high PR links.

Thanks for sharing, I’m going to try this with a few new sites, hope it works – would make my life sooo much easier.

  169. Brett August 29, 2013 at 8:28 am #

    Hi Becker,

I think your stuff is great!!!

    Can I ask…
Last weekend, I tried this exact method on two brand new EMD’s.
A week later they have been indexed, but still not ranked.

The only difference between yours and mine are the two links your mention in your video.
Where is the best place to get these links, so these sites can start to rank?

    Great work!!!
    Brett.

Another amazing post from Becker. This site is such an incredible resource for SEO information.

  173. Kenneth November 29, 2013 at 3:10 pm #

Wow this site is ranked page 1 for its keyword in position 6 currently on google. Alex is the best at SEO because this video was a year ago and this site is still ranking on google which is simply incredible great work Alex. I now know my site is going to be ranked number one now for sure with my low competitive keywords before the month ends. I can’t wait to rent a spot in source autopilot V2 next week then from there upgrade my package as my site traffic builds up to get full support for my site etc.

How long did it take for this site to hit page #1 ranking on google alex?

  174. Kenneth November 29, 2013 at 3:49 pm #

    Whats up Alex,

Can you rank medium keywords just as fast for page #1 on google within a week or 2 or no?

  175. Isaiah Joe December 15, 2013 at 1:50 pm #

This is so cool, using PBN to rank these days is cool, but when will google caught up with these method?
Till then, i try it out! thanks Becker for this secret

  177. Miroslav January 19, 2014 at 8:06 pm #

    Hey,
I would like to just ask, why this domain is not working anymore, why dont you monetize it? Now this website is on page in Google.
