I tottaly agree with you. But that’s the point. Give value to gain the trust of your readers and then sell them something valuable

This is why I’ve unfollowed most mainstream SEOs. I cannot find anything like this for free. You are truly generous Becker! Thanks for another awesome stuff!

    Hi Becker,

Great information as always. I am new to IM and had a question regarding this method. Once you get a user to the niche site, what method would you use to get the information for the lead?

    Thanks for your time.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:01 pm #

tracked opt in, tracked clicks etc

      • Best Money Making Ideas July 29, 2013 at 6:20 pm #

Just put an Aweber opt in form on the site or use a widget like pop up domination to help you get the lead.

  7. Mark Watson July 29, 2013 at 8:09 am #

Alex – Thanks once again for such excellent information.
Your sense of humour and irreverence for the rest of the make-money-with-seo people is a tonic after such a long time of listening to their BS.
Gotta get back to the brainstorming – just had to say thanks.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:01 pm #

      Glad you enjoyed Mark!

  8. Jaap July 29, 2013 at 8:27 am #

    Hey Alexander!
Thanks for a great video again!
Do you let people opt-in and then send their info the a robotic automation system company?
Just curious how do you do this without people getting the feeling they got stabbed in the back because their info was given to a third partie company or something.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:02 pm #

My clients I just charge a set fee

Also you dont really have to worry about that, if you put up something like “get a quote now” and you send them to someone who gives them a quote I doubt they will be to upset :P

  9. Derek July 29, 2013 at 8:41 am #

    Hey Becker,

Great info as always – I love the way you think outside the box, just wanted to say huge thanks for keep putting these great techniques out there for us all to profit from.

      Thanks so much Derek!

  10. Goran July 29, 2013 at 8:51 am #

I love your methods, man. It’s way more natural to search for keywords this way. The Top 10 method has cut down my keyword (re)search time from days to under an hour.

How would you suggest using today’s method for getting lead in EU? Even done things like this?

Oh, and one other thing. That like button box under the video, doesn’t work. Ever. I would really like to get the full guide, but the box just stays there and give me nothing. Makes me a wee bit sad.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:03 pm #

Hey Goran, in the EU just the same thing

Also it says go to the FB page if you cant get the guide :P

      • Goran July 31, 2013 at 2:57 pm #

Oh, I see. I was so early to the post that the FB post didn’t have 50 shares yet, so there wasn’t anything to download yet. Thanks

        • Aces August 15, 2013 at 11:32 pm #

The post has over 100 shares now and still no link to guide.

  11. John Gibb July 29, 2013 at 9:05 am #

    hello Becker

you’re the real deal my friend!

I see lots of SEO sites and so-called specialists touting “quality content” mantra until they’re blue in the face…

I like your raw and uncut method of teaching and SEO experiments, keep up the great work, and cannot wait to watch next videos and read upcoming search engine optimization experiments…

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:04 pm #

Glad I could separate myself from the hipsters :D

  12. David July 29, 2013 at 9:29 am #

    Hi Becker,

funny, but your video just came at the right moment. Yesterday, I had the idea to jump into this form of SEO and registered an EMD for a local plastic surgery keyword (I know, I’m so creative… but at least I’m not targeting lawyers :) )

My idea was to rent the site for a monthy fee, but selling leads on a revenue share/CPA basis sounds even better from a client perspective.

The only thing which is not clear: how do you know the amount of leads you provided to your client?
You can track click throughs, but unless you 100% trust your client, how will you know how much money they make from your traffic?

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:04 pm #

You can track them and you set up a contract :P

  13. Sanmay July 29, 2013 at 10:24 am #

You are a Champion Alex… and It is a great tutorial…
My request is that upload one video on how to to find affiliate programs that match this types of keyword??

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:05 pm #

Usually most super high paying types of business do not have CPA offers for this and affiliate payouts are usually to small to really succeed with this

  14. Stephen July 29, 2013 at 10:49 am #

Thanks for the video Alex. I’m wondering how you go about setting up a pay per sale scenario with a client? I mean if you send a construction company a person that buys a bulldozer from them for example how do you know if you’re leads actually converted and bought? Unless you have an honest seller chances are they’re not going to tell you that the lead you sent them led to a sale so they don’t have to pay you the fee.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 4:06 pm #

Your worried about the wrong stuff right now, you set up a contract and you track the lead..Don’t be so paranoid

      • Stephen July 29, 2013 at 6:29 pm #

So asking how to make sure we get paid using a system you mentioned is being paranoid?! LOL I’d say wanting to set up a system that makes sure I get paid is something that everyone should be concerned with right out of the gate. Tracking the lead will only go so far as letting you know they called the company or emailed them; it does not tell you they bought something unless you have a method to find this out which was my paranoid question in the first place. Of course if you’ve never done what you’re telling us to do then I guess you wouldn’t have an answer to how to implement what you’re telling us is so easy to do. ;-)

        • Becker July 29, 2013 at 6:50 pm #

          Ha sorry that sounded mean,

No I just see so many marketers get caught up in the little details like “how to make sure you dont get F’ed over” and not focusing on the big picture which is just taking action and doing this stuff. Anything else is just not worthwhile to think about

My 2 cents is don’t worry about stuff like that, take action, get a site ranked, starting trying to sell leads…THEN figure out the issues..Don’t focus on the issues when they don’t even exist yet

          • Phil July 31, 2013 at 7:45 am #

            Hi becker,

take massive imperfect action is something one of my idols often says *lol* But honestly, Stephen, first sell them the leads (you can easily track those through your AWeber or whatever you use) and once you made a bit of money, set up the next site with that money and evolve from that model to the next. That would be at least my approach. Hope that helps.

      Quite awhile

  19. Rus July 29, 2013 at 5:03 pm #

    Great information, Becker!

The good and bad is that your stuff is no BS, but then I have a million and one questions. Can I ask just one?

I have the lead generation site setup, I’m sending leads to plastic surgeons. I contact Bob’s Big Boobs plastic surgeon and tell them “I have 30 people a month visiting my site, I can send them to you for %5 of the cost of the procedure they get (or 2.5% per boob). Bob is excited, agrees and I sign a contract. Is that it? That sounds very simple.

Thanks for all the continued great info!

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 5:37 pm #

      Hey Rus,

Well in theory yes, I am sure there will be other obstacles such as setting it in stone and what not, but other than that you should be ready to rock :)

  20. cornell July 29, 2013 at 5:58 pm #

The info here is priceless! Ever since i found source-wave ive unsubcribed from most other marketers email list. Ive also pretty much stopped going to the “seo/IM” section of the warrior forum, because i now realize how much time ive waited there.

I just recently got an email from one the last remaining bigtime seo marketers today, and on his latest blog post he’s talking about how seo has changed to much that he’s moving away from it. He said he even advised a friend of his who has asked for advise on highering someone to do some seo on his site to not even bother.

And reading through the comments, everybody was agreeing with him and saying their moving away from seo and going to things like product creation and selling on amazon, or paid advertising. Dont get me wrong those ways of making money are great, but since so many are moving away from seo thats just less competition for me.

Hell im setting myself up for an upcoming product launch that im hoping will be big, im already on page 1 spot 6!!!!

So thanks becker for all quality info!!!

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 6:47 pm #

Very fluid well put together out of the box SEO tips. :0)

  27. Alex B. July 29, 2013 at 6:24 pm #

    Awesome post, man!

I’m in the process of putting your stuff into practice (I can’t believe you got me back into SEO again, you are the real deal bro!) but am facing a few stumbling blocks. Since I’m working with a limited budget, I’d really appreciate if you could drop your thoughts on the following questions:

    1. Health niche: often times Wikipedia, mayoclinic or webmd is ranking for my target keywords with a page PR of 5 or similar. Is it possible to beat wikipedia and the other ones easily or does it require a ton of effort?

    2. I’m trying to rank for a product keyword but the manufacturer’s website ranks #1. I assume it’s impossible to outrank him? (his page is a PR 4 with lots of links)

    3. In the health niche, I spent literally days looking for these “easy to rank, high traffic, low competition” keywords but I simply can’t find them. Product keywords either have too low searches (if unpopular) or way too much competition (if popular). Health/medical conditions, illness symptom names etc. are all dominated by mayoclinic and similar authorities. Any other ideas?

    Thanks so much, Alex.

    Another Alex.

    • Alex B July 29, 2013 at 7:26 pm #

Alex, sorry to get on your nerves but could you please comment on the 3 problems I posted above? I’m seriously stuck and need help figuring this out. Would be really great if you could find the time, thank you.

    • Phil July 31, 2013 at 8:08 am #

Hey Alex, I think you need to watch the video again. It’s exactly the low traffic but high price keywords you need to target. I did an initial search myself and found at least 5 different kws with around 100 exact match searches per month. Products / services are all the way in the 1000s but for the following example I just use a standard price of around 1000 bucks. Just imagine you could (and you can definitely) rank #1 for each one of those. That’s 5 x 40 visitors per month = 200. Conversion rate of 5% (depending on the kw) is very doable. That’s 10 leads. Imagine you ask for only $50 per lead (which is ridiculously low e. g. for a plastic surgeon), that’s an easy $500 for nearly no effort. And what if the pay more? and what if you have higher conversion rates (due to laser targeted visitors)? and what if you talk about rev share? you do the math.

  28. Si July 29, 2013 at 6:44 pm #

    Hey Alex

    Awesome awesome & awesome!

Looks like such as easy way to make money, I’m kinda already doing something similar, where i have a (big) fixed fee client, as long as I send at least x amount of leads via a web form (where x is low) regardless if they convert or not.

Its working really well with these kind ultra targeted keywords, and takes away any contract complications that may occur when clients try and say the sales originated elsewhere…

Love the big idea videos, more please!

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 6:51 pm #

      Glad I could help Si!

  29. Jay July 29, 2013 at 6:49 pm #

I have a few sites doing the same thing. It’s funny how most people are so unimpressed with low traffic keyword rankings. So what? It gets 90 searches a month and that one site is capable of making 3x more than a site with 10x the traffic in some cases. If you want to go for ‘trophy’ rankings, go ahead but I will be happy making money.. lol. Great video bro, you can loan me that car anytime you want.

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 8:38 pm #

      Haha my point exactly

  30. Rc July 29, 2013 at 6:51 pm #

Great info, hope the hot dogs were good.
Do you find with some of the larger construction type companies that they do not get business from the web but get business from relationships they are building with general contractors? Do you have a minimum search volume to hit before creating a site that goes after these higher dollar type clients?

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 8:39 pm #

ha just do some google searches they arnt that hard to find

Also the hot dogs were delicious

  33. Tavi July 29, 2013 at 7:54 pm #

    Hi Becker,

    Thanks for the info man.

I was curious to ask what happend to ? It drops in rankings…..

I was ready to setup a skilo site using your advice nad targeting keywords that get between 12-800 searches per month.

When I saw the drop I stopped the plan because i`m wondering if G begun to penalize this skilo structure.

I`m not saying it doesn`t work but perhaps something must be done different now.

I would be curious to see what Greg has to say about it. I know they have a silo formula in End Game/NHB but i don`t know how much or if is different from your skilo one.

Any advice on what should i do with my new site project ?

    • Becker July 29, 2013 at 7:56 pm #

pretty sure I forgot to just renew my PR domain hosting, my test pr sites were down for a few days

You have to keep in mind that site is a utter piece of dog doo designed in 30 seconds though, it will get penalized eventually :P

  34. davis dane July 29, 2013 at 8:09 pm #

    Hi becker,

Great video man. I’ve seen several websites on 1st page of google with your seo style & I know it’s from your students/ customers.

  35. Smitty July 29, 2013 at 8:33 pm #

As always, you blow my mind. Thanks for all your free advice, it certainly doesn’t feel like free advice. I’m targeting some niches right now, better watch out! Thanks again!

    Hey there man!

Glad you did this video because you didn’t uploaded that random webinar where you mentioned this tactic you naughty you.

P.S.: Upload some favicon for Google’s sakes. Source-wave just look horrible in my bookmarks ;)

    • Becker July 30, 2013 at 2:36 am #

      Haha no favicons for us!

  41. Tavi July 29, 2013 at 10:44 pm #

    Hi Becker,

Thanks for your previous reply to my earliest comment. I just want to know if you still advice to build this skilo structure in the same way you`ve explained in SEO Omega or in a different way.

I`m looking to build an authority site for amazon products in which i want to target arround 32 keywords.

I`m quite concerned because i don`t know how should i built this site.

    Any advice for me ?

p.s : In a recent webinar i saw you gaved an example on rankings (the best car dealers) in which you said that we should have 70% anchors with our keyword in it but in your Seo bible bonus you detail another way of setting up anchor text which comes in contradiction with your first example.

What strategy we should adopt ?

    • Becker July 30, 2013 at 2:37 am #

Yeah the reason the site fell has nothing to do with the structure. Just lossed one of its 3 links :P

  42. Cory July 29, 2013 at 11:02 pm #

    Love that car. Really inspirational

    • Becker July 30, 2013 at 2:37 am #

Hey Becker, awesome vid. I have a a credit repair website that’s ranking on page 1 #2 for the main keyword…Example:”credit repair california”…I am also ranking on page 1 for all the major cities within that state…i know i can probably make a ton of money with selling leads, Is there anyway for you to give me any pointers as to how i can approach some of these companies and letting them know that i have leads for sale…Any feedback will definitely be appreciated…Keep up the awesome job…You rock dude.

Once again Alex… SEO gold! My head’s spinning with possibilities :)

  49. Doug July 30, 2013 at 2:13 am #

Dude, you crack me up. And fantastic information…

Do you find that these types of niches are better as local niches, or national – in the sense of targeting “bulldozer sales” versus “bulldozer sales plano”? I would imagine targeting local means you have more potential clients.

Also, do you have any rule of thumb for how many cilent sites you’ll link to from your PR sites?

Bought your SEO Omega, btw – good stuff!

    Enjoy your hotdogs! ;-)

    • Becker July 30, 2013 at 2:40 am #

Hey Doug it really really depends on the niche and the area you are doing it in. Bulldozer for example wouldn’t really do so well, Plano however is a very rich suburb so it would work for surgery. Hope that helps!

  50. Ron July 30, 2013 at 2:30 am #

Good work Becker!….I do love your style & the very random examples you pull out of the air (I am currently trying to rank for ‘Tying red shoes on a Tuesday’ to no avail!!

All your stuff is great & why I have bought SEO Omega & am a member of Infinitum (sure you won’t mind the plug!)……after spunking so much money on IM Bullshit & ‘the new shiny’ courses I have finally stumbled upon a proper system that just seems to work with no need to look elsewhere meaning I can just concentrate on this……stopping the #1 reason why people never make money online as they just don’t stick to one thing & get distracted.

I have faith pal & would like to appear as some sort of testimonial for your teachings eventually.

    Thanks again!

  64. DC July 31, 2013 at 7:44 am #

    First time reader/viewer here!

Love the info you’re sharing and you’re funny as shit!

Quick question though, how are we capturing these leads that we’ll later sell to the appropriate company?

Are you throwing up an opt-in form on your low search volume sites or just putting a straight offer on the site.

Looking forward to checking the rest of your site!

  65. John M. July 31, 2013 at 11:34 am #

Any tips for selling SEO to US businesses from overseas? Your sweettalker method always goes about getting the client into a person-to-person meeting, though that is obviously not an option for me.

What’s the alternative – do the meeting over the phone?

    • DC July 31, 2013 at 5:24 pm #

      @John M

I believe he mention setting up a meeting through Skype or GoToMeeting, if you can do in person face-to-face meetings.

  66. atc July 31, 2013 at 4:39 pm #

where is the guide ? I like it but not getting

  67. Marc July 31, 2013 at 9:05 pm #

    Hi Alex.

I’ve been programmed to only think clickbank, amazon, and adsense. Your video really broke me out of that box. Thanks!
One thing though, does the cost per click for adwords enter into your negotiations? Wouldn’t they just say that they can get the leads cheaper with adwords?

  68. Jim P July 31, 2013 at 9:11 pm #

Great as usual. Now how about the answer you haven’t been giving. You’ve got the site, you’ve got the leads, you’ve got a contract for a per-cent age of each sale made. What is the wording you use in the contract for tracking sales made? How do you actually track sales so you can bill your client?
    Jim P

    • Peter September 10, 2013 at 4:11 am #

He hasn’t got an answer because he ain’t doing it.

Tracking sales is a HUGE issue, unless you have a really close relationship with the client.

Your best bet is to try and get them to pay (a crappy small amount) per lead.

      • Becker September 10, 2013 at 3:07 pm #

I’ve said multiple times you dont need to, set up a recurring payment at 50-100 a month and call it good. Stop overcomplicating shit everyone

  69. Stephen L Hall August 4, 2013 at 1:05 am #

all I want to know is how do I get the guide?

Can you please send it to my email addres?

Always great info. Great Review for Infinitum members. Thanks for sharing.

  71. Nick August 9, 2013 at 6:57 am #

    Hi Becker -

I wanted to run a question I asked a bit ago but I think it didn’t go through.

In terms of buying high PRs to link to, when I throw it in majestic, the results vary whether it’s the root domain, sub domain, or URL.

Which would be the best to go by. Some results vary drastically.

  72. Rob August 9, 2013 at 2:06 pm #

I just followed Alex’s beginners IM guide.

How long does it usually take to get traffic lol?

  73. Emily August 13, 2013 at 6:19 pm #

Cheers Becker, there’s certainly moolah to be made mining that long tail gold.

  74. john August 14, 2013 at 3:57 am #

    Love the car becker!

Would you make the next webinar sharing about ranking new site with medium competition after last google update?
    Thank you.

  75. theo August 19, 2013 at 1:17 pm #

Very good video. Actually very few people approach seo the way you present in the video

  76. Brandon August 19, 2013 at 8:40 pm #

    Great info. Killer car!

  77. caleb August 22, 2013 at 8:24 pm #

I’m new to seo but I have an opportunity to link to choice of a PR 6 or a PR5 .EDU page. How much would this be worth, its a over kill for me, but what do people pay for link in texzt or side?

  78. J August 22, 2013 at 11:49 pm #

You’re a fucking natural man, even when it comes to SEO videos. The content’s golden for beginners. I appreciate the no-bullshit non-guru approach to internet marketing twostep, WF’s “gurus” rip dumb people off like clockwork and promote the same old web 2.0 tiered link building formula crap.

Truth is, you test enough SEO strategies out yourself and you’ll figure out what really works. Nobodies going to give you every piece to the puzzle guys, but, between becker, viperchill, and a few others, you can get a pretty good idea of what’s really going on. Sourcewave’s one of the few SEO blogs I bother reading.

    • Becker August 23, 2013 at 1:12 am #

  81. khalid August 28, 2013 at 2:45 pm #

hi Becker, i liked this page earlier , but don’t understand how to unlock the keyword resereach guide… what should i do in order to receive the keyword guide. thanks khalid

what’s your opinion about the new keyword planner v keyword tools ?

  84. Ron September 2, 2013 at 5:46 am #

    Hey Bexker

Thanks for all the information that you give away. I have been around in the SEO world for many years and have put some of your strategies to the test and seen some really great results.

As you say it does not take long to set up and you really don’t need to be writing 1000 word articles to get a site ranking just some easy to follow steps you outline in your videos.

  85. Pankaj September 2, 2013 at 8:55 am #

??where is the guide ? I like it but not getting

  86. wayne archer September 2, 2013 at 12:50 pm #

Same comment & question as khalid’s on Aug 28, 2013:

“hi Becker, i liked this page earlier , but don’t understand how to unlock the keyword resereach guide… what should i do in order to receive the keyword guide. thanks khalid ”

I, too, clicked on where it says “:Click Like to Unlock,” but didn’t see anything get unlocked.

  87. Graeme September 2, 2013 at 11:19 pm #

Firstly, I just love your videos and your down-to-earth-ness, if that is a real word!

Second, am I being really thick? (don’t answer that), but please where EXACTLY do I find your keyword research guide on your Facebook page? I liked for it, but I just don’t see it!!!

  88. austin September 2, 2013 at 11:51 pm #

this does not make any sense- (Already Liked Us? Get the guide on or Fanpage)

And the video never gets started. tried several times.

And it does not list the name of your fanpage if i wanted to get it on there?

  89. Doug September 3, 2013 at 3:03 am #

I appreciate all the free info you put out there! Can’t wait for more videos.

  90. Kevin September 5, 2013 at 10:22 pm #

    Here are the links

Just like anything you just have to dig a little deeper to really find what you are looking for guys…

P.s. when you copy and paste and then hit enter in the search bar for the second URL it will do a download for you…

  91. Encontralo Gratis September 6, 2013 at 5:28 pm #

    Hey Becker!

You are always on top of everything that’s going on as far as Internet marketing is concerned. Thanks for all the great information you provide.

  92. Andrew September 8, 2013 at 9:36 pm #

Do you have any video’s articles involving the layout and/or website that is high conversion of leads? How are you getting potential customer’s to give you their information? What type of content do you have on the site?

  93. Blaine September 10, 2013 at 7:28 pm #

Is anyone else noticing eerily similar results in yahoo and the big g?

  94. Neil October 3, 2013 at 1:49 pm #

hey becks just a quick Q&A..

Ok we have the site up silo’d down to whatever level and the traffic is coming in. The approach to the relevant Companies is now a must but how do you convince these guys to deal with you? They have huge knowledge of an industry you know nothing about (use you example of robotics), how do you sell this and how do they take you seriously?

Plus, do you approach just one Biz or can you edge ya bets and provide the leads to many? And finally, loads of different views here but do you go for pay per lead, fixed rate per month… what do you recommend?

    • Guy October 15, 2013 at 11:42 am #

I would like to know this too, and add another question: What type of payment process do you recommend? Will paypal subscriptions do the job or do you need something more ‘professional’ looking?

  95. Steve October 5, 2013 at 12:28 am #

Alex, Your product looks great and I have purchased your software, but I had a glitch with my computer and the password. I got messed up, I have sent a few request to your help desk and have tried the forgot password to get a link so that I can reset it. I have not heard from your help desk and I have not received to link to reset the password. Yes your system says I have already registered. It has been 3 days now and have heard nothing from no one.
    Thank You

  96. Malcolm October 15, 2013 at 2:09 am #

Alex – excellent material – it is so easy when doing Keyword research, to look for the high traffic / high competition keywords and forget that the longer tailed keywords for a search term, have much lower competition, yet the searcher has put in a search directly seeking your solution.

    Many thanks……………..Malcolm

  97. fran October 15, 2013 at 2:43 am #

Thanks Becker or the KWR insight. I appreciate a different way to do things. Just put up first site, but it may be a little competitive because of videos. You know It was so cheap to do it was worth the try. Thanks again!

  98. david October 21, 2013 at 9:22 pm #

    Hi Alex,
How do you deal for example with surgeons once you know that you will rank for a certain keyword:

    1) Do you make your own site about surgery and say “DR Thomas” to send patient to him,

    2) Or do you “touch” at the surgeon web site to implement the targeted keyword.

second: is it trully legal to send links from Pr sites that you bought? is it trully natural?

i mean if im on first page of google for a certain keyword lets stay with surgery, and one of my competitors (seo agency or wathever…) ask to a lawyer to see where all my links come fromn and they see that it is all from my Pr network?

Cant that bring some trouble, as in google rule linking should be natural (coming from relevant different networks).

I was able to rank easely sites following your tips, im not getting paranoid as you would think, but im just thinking how competitors spending thousands of money for there one seo or PPC sees a newbie on first page of google, will react.??

    i know thats a lot.

Hey Becker!! You’re cool dude, I love how you present information, and you’re like the opposite of these marketing schemists. I think you’re lessons will be my first real success in online marketing since I started a few years back when I was 22.

I’m just on a hunch here, are you from Dallas? I used to live in Plano. I’m gonna make it a mission to drag you out kicking and screaming to a cup of coffee after I get some PR links sold. (Speaking of coffee you ever tried Bulletproof Coffee? That shit is revolutionary!!)

Thanks Bro for doing what you do!!!! Love the background car :)
