Yo yo yo… Its your dawg Becker…And I promise to never talk like that ever again
In the last Omega SEO Guide I showed and explained pro link building strategies

You seemed to like it A LOT

So today I want to share with you something that is even more totally awesome

The understanding of how to PERFECTLY build these links

If you master this…You will be a link building freak show

In This Post I Am Going To Show You

Everything that determines the “value” of a link

How to effectively and safely build all your links

Everything that will get your links “flagged” in Google (aka slapped!)

The Omega SEO Guide Of Link Building Perfection

What This Guide Is

In this Omega SEO guide I am going to be focusing on everything that goes into effective link building. Instead of talking about the link strategies themselves (which can be read about here) I am going to be diving into how to correctly and safely pull them off and even more important UNDERSTAND how proper link building is done.eww

Why Is This Important

One simple reason…If you go out there and just start mimicking link strategies you are

A) Going to have zero success. (It would be like giving a kid a UZI and expect good results)

B) Going to get your self slapped back to the evil SEO depths you arose from

I don’t want that. I want at the end of this article for you to be like “Okay I have the strategy and I now know HOW to apply it”. Then I want you to just do it. Boom…Bada…Bing epic SEO awesomeness deluxe sweet deal

Now the first step to leaving the “kid with a Uzi” stage is…

Understanding The “Value” Links Have

Now if you didn’t know…Not all links have the same value. The site they come from, where they are placed on the site, the text of the links and whole bunch of other stuff determines the “value” a link has.

Before you even throw your 2 cents in,  I am well aware there is a ENDLESS debate online about the value of links. Everyone has some different opinion (seriously just check out all the crap in this Warrior Forum thread…50 SEO “experts” all preaching a different over the top strategies)

With that being said…99% of the people who are doing the preaching  have no fricking clue what they are talking about. In fact most of them are HORRIBLE at SEO.

So my first big tip is ignore the mass of idiots. What I am about to tell you is the exact info I used to ACTUALLY fill my bank account. Its not based on theory or Warrior Forum mental masturbation.

Creating The PERFECT Link

All Of Our Links Will Look Like Fabio

First off, we are not going to be creating ONLY perfect links. But by understanding what makes the perfect link, you will be about 100x better when it comes to building links in general. To build the perfect link we need to identify EVERY aspect that determines the power of the link we can get from a site. 95% of the power is based on where we get the link and what type of site it is.

Factor One : The Authority Of The Site

The first and most important factor is the authority of the site. If you get a link from Forbes or The New York Times or the home page Icanhas.cheezburger (awesome site) you can expect some serious link juice to go to your site.

Because Google is well aware these sites only link to quality. If the New York times references your site, there is really no better indicator of “Hey this site rocks”.

Factor Two: The PR Of A Site

PR is the “page rank” Google assigns pages on the internet. This overall reflects how powerful and trustworthy the page is in Googles eyes. Page rank is mainly controlled by the sites linking to the page, but also is controlled by many other mysterious factors Google randomly makes up on their smoke breaks. The PR scale goes from N/A (worthless) to 10 (supreme being)

There is all sorts of debate on whether the PR of a site effects how it ranks, and there truly is no tangible proof that it does. HOWEVER, I have a tidal wave of proof that the PR of a PAGE (not site) effects the power of its links.

First off…The PR of a DOMAINS HOMEPAGE means NOTHING when it comes to link juice. The only thing that matters is the PR of the page.

This is why when you see people saying they got a PR7 link from a article site, you need to promptly call them a baboon. You see when you create a new page on any site, the new page created is a PR N/A. This means it has no page rank and is AKA useless.

With that in mind, getting links from big sites is still useful because the AUTHORITY of the domain is transferred to some extent.

Understanding that, know that the higher the PR of the page, the more powerful the link it produces. This is why links on the homepage of sites (the page that usually has PR) is so crucial.

Factor Three: The Relevance Of The Site The Link Is Coming From

What this means is that links from “relevant” sites carry WAYYYYY more power than links from random sites.

For example if your site is about cooking and you have tons of links from cooking sites Google assumes you are a niche superstar. They then boosts your rankings.

On the flip side if you are a cooking site and you have links from video game sites Google is not going to take you nearly as seriously

This is why in “theory” we want to target sites in our niche. KEEP IN MIND, this is not always possible or even reasonable in random SEO Niches. It ,however, is ESSENTIAL to be an authority in a niche if your making a big site (like Source Wave)

Factor Four : The Type Of Site The Link Is Coming From

Google is well aware that there are sites link E-zine articles and social bookmarking sites that give out links all willy nilly. Because of this Google pay MUCH less attention to these type of sites.

On top of this Google knows that their are many sites that usually produce straight spam links. These are forums, N/A Pr comments and N/A Wikis. Google again pays even less attention to these.

Then Google knows that some sites like blogs, press, and other authority sites are much more difficult to get a link on. Logically these links carry MUCH more weight. The end

Factor 5 : Where The Link Is Placed On The Page

It is fairly easy for sites to slip links in their sidebars, footer, and header areas. These can carry weight, but they do not carry as much as other positions on a site. (These are often where people place links when you buy them on “high pr sites”)

The best place for a link to be is contextually.

Contextual Link : A link placed in the content of the page. Like This. <—-This is a contextual link to one of my favorite blogs.

On top of that, if you can get a link in the first sentence or paragraph of the content it will have even more power. This is usually outside of your control though

Factor 6: The Amount Of Outgoing Links

What this means is that the more links that are on a page, the less “juice” each link will have.

While this is true, it is only true to an extent. I have ranked the CRAP out of sites with links from pages with a ton of OBLs (Out bound links). Just keep in mind the less links the better.

The Perfect Link

So in short if we wanted to make the PERFECT link to our site this is how it would work:

Lets imagine we have a cooking site. If we want the perfect link we want a link from a

  • A PR 5+ Cooking blog
  • In the context of the site
  • With very few outgoing links

And boom we got a epic link

Keep In Mind Perfection Is Not Something To Strive For

In most SEO, aka niche site SEO getting links like this is not a good way to get rankings because of the work required. It is much better to get a wide diversity of easy to obtain links from somewhat quality sites OR to simply buy high PR links from networks (Source Wave is launching one of these soon.)

Now that we understand the “perfect link” and more importantly understand what Google values, lets get in to

How To Effectively Build Links

Just like with link value, there is a value in how, when, and how fast you build your links. This is what is referred to as how “natural” your link building appears.

First off, keep in mind the Googles algorithm is not any where near air tight…Or even “good”. As long as you stay within certain limits you should be okay.

But it is more than that, if you purposefully stay within certain levels of “nautralness” it can give you a very big edge in the rankings. If you wander outside of this, you won’t always get slapped but you also won’t always be rewarded.

Here is everything that goes into keeping things el naturel

Rate Of Link Building

Rate of link building is one of the most important factors when it comes to looking like a pure bred website. This is the exact  rate I build my links at for niche sites.

First week : Do nothing but build 10-20 good base links (more on this in a sec)

2nd week-4th week: Build 10 links a day from 2.0s, pdf, pr 1+ comments and social profiles  OR simply throw them on one of my blog networks sites

4th week- forever: build 50-100 links a day through link pyramids and other links

ALL of this can be automated with tools or paid for. You can actually get EXACTLY what I do at Source Autopilot

With that being said the MOST IMPORTANT thing I can teach you about rate of link building is this : Whether you build 1000 links a day 0r 10, make sure to do it EVERY DAY. The worst thing you can do is have spikes. Consistency is one of the main factors to high rankings.

Link Diversity

Another one of the most important link building factors is diversity.  I will be making a Omega post on every type of link out there soon, but until then pay attention.

A site with an extremely diverse link profile looks natural. This is for obvious reasons, but since you may be totally new this it is because we want it to look like OTHER people are building our  links. If our site was growing naturally we would have link coming from all different sources. This is why we want to build links from all sorts of sources.

By different sources I mean different types of sites. Wikis, article sites, social bookmarks, wikis, pdfs, etc!

Building Strong “Base Links” First

What I mean by this is that you got to have good “base links”. These are the strong links that make up the core of your backlinking.

Now look I am ALL about amasssing tons of links and I will be blunt with you…with niche sites I am all about being black hat wiz kid.

Because that’s the only thing that works for niche site SEO and anyone who tells you otherwise is a idiot. HOWEVER, you always need a few really good quality links before you start SEnuking everything to the ground (love that tool)

How most SEOs approach Google..Creepy!

Ranking in Google is a lot like starting a relationship. You need to make a good first impression and prove that you are ranking material. You can’t just walk in and defiantly slap a link condom on the table, because then Google knows right off the bat what your intentions are. They will then throw a drink in your face and  will slap you.

So to make this good first impression we need to show Google some quality links. These are REAL press releases, authority article sites, guest post, web 2.0s, PDFs, authority social bookmarks and blog network links. This gets things off on the right foot and gets Google to give you a chance.

So in short…Set up about 10-20 really good base links first manually or pay someone on Fiverr or Source Links to do it. Then wait about a week. (Here are some good Fiverr packages for this) PR Links, Manual Social Bookmarks,

Its Not Just About Being Effective Though

Sure we can be effective at SEO link building all day long. However, if SEO was that simple everyone would be ranking and Google would be chaos. No it takes a bit more elegance than that to rank highly. To do this we have to focus on…

How To Safely Build Links

This is safe…Right?

Bum bum bum, this is the part of the post I am really excited for because 90% of the questions I get are about link safety. Prepare to have ALL your link penalty questions answered.

Warning: Before I dive into this, please realize Google is no where as smart as much SEO think they are. If I do not include a problem in this list, you do not need to worry about it because I don’t.

So with all that being said, your number one priority when building links should be safety. This is because we do not want our sites to be slapped. There are about 101 things that can get you penalized and sometimes it is totally outside of your control. However, if you stay within certain limits and cover your track you will (for the most part) be safe.

On top of this, the REAL key to being safe is having a ton of niches sites and to be able to choose the RIGHT keywords. If you pick the right keywords, even if you get hit, you can have another site up and ranked in a week or two.

But, in the name of safety lets plan on not getting hit. Here is every link No-No you need to avoid.

The Opposite Of Everything Listed In “Effective Link Building”

For the sake of time I am going to simply tell you that if you do the OPPOSITE of anything listed in the last section you will get hit. This includes

Building Links To Fast

During the first 2 weeks your site is up, you want to keep link building low. If you really paranoid keep it low for 1-2 months (I don’t do that).

Link Spiking

This is where you build 1000 links one day, instead of building 100 links every day. You want daily consistency in your link building, and Google will consistently reward you.

Low Link Diversity

As I stated above having great diversity gets great rankings. On the flip side trying to rank your site with only 1 type of link is suicide

Not Setting Up Base Links

While this will not get you slapped, it will get you ignored and stall your growth. Build them base links!

Poor Anchor Text Variation

Even though people all over the web claimed the penguin patch cracked down on low quality, all it REALLY did link wise was crack down on poor anchor text.

If your site is targeting the keyword “clothes for hamsters” and ALL of your anchor text is “clothes for hamsters” then it is blatantly obvious you are doing SEO. You will be slapped. (If you don’t know what anchor text is stop reading this and go read our beginners course)

The Safe Anchor Text Variation

If you want to keep your anchor text variation air tight, follow this pattern

20% Main keyword (clothes for hamsters)

30% Main keyword variation (best clothes for hamsters, superhero clothes for hamsters)

20% Random text (link, click here, more info)

20% url links (your sites url)

10% related keywords (hamster cage, hamster assault rifle)

What I Personally Do

Remember, I consistently ignore the “rules”. Here is what I personally do, even though it isn’t “technically” right.

I make ALL the anchor text on my big links (PR sites, 2.0s, base links) my main keyword. This gives the keyword I want to rank for the most juice

I make all of my pyramid links or supporting links related keywords

I then send random anchor text links (names, click here, etc) to my main site to desaturate the anchor text.

In short this makes sure my main keyword gets the most juice, and my weak links are used just to desaturate the link anchor text profile

To Many Low Quality or “Dirty” Links

Now there are many definitions of what a low quality link is. My definition is to many links from domains with a PR N/A. A N/A PR ranks means one of two things. A) Google doesn’t consider it important B) Google hates it.

Either way having thousands of these will get you wrecked.

Dirty link?

A dirty link is a link you get from a site that has adult or “mature” content all over it.

For example, I had a client who bought a link building service. The service posted him in forum profiles that also had links to gambling and Viagra type sites.  Almost instantly his rank dropped. We were able to then go in, find these links and take them down…His rankings went back up.

In short you do not want to be sharing the same link space with “questionable” sites. This is largely outside of your control though, just be sure to buy links from good source and this has a low chance of happening.

Technical Penalties

Woo…Time for the fun stuff

These are the penalties that most people do not understand because they lack “technical” SEO skills. These are the not so blatant, but common technical reasons why people get smacked when they build links

Building All Of Your Links From One IP (Not Using Proxies)

I guarantee you at least 90% of SEOs do not use proxies or even know how to use them. What proxies do is change the IP your links are built from , thus covering your tracks and stopping Google from banning you.

In short, anytime you use a link building tool, make sure you have proxies loaded up (every tool has a place for these). For example on Source Autopilot we filter our link building through over 200 different proxies.

On top of this, if you buy links make sure the service uses proxies as well. Private proxies are not cheap, so a lot of service “forget” to use them.

I personally get all my proxies from Squid Proxies.

Poorly Spun Content

There is a ton of misconception about this. Frankly I don’t think this has much to do with getting penalized. Any news article gets sent all over the internet thousands of times and its links don’t get people penalized.

However, it is still very important to spin your content so you cannot be tracked. Now keep in mind, unless you spin past 80% there really is no point in spinning. You can easily do a copyspace check and find different versions of your article (which means you failed to hide).

What I do is have my team create a 200% spun article. This literally  means I can use the article thousands of times and be totally uncrackable. Again we also do this for you at Source Autopilot.

Just be aware, that if you are spinning your content to 30%-50% you are wasting your time when it comes to hiding.

Posting On Penalized Sites

This is only something you have to worry about when you are buying links. If you are going to join a network make sure they show you where they place your links. When they do this put the pages in Google and see if they show up. If they don’t the site is deindexed and the link is probably poisioning your site. This is a BIG problem with a lot of networks

    As always, fantastic stuff!

As beginners most of us cannot afford subscriptions to the tools like SEnuke and thus resort to fiverr or other outsourceing. The problem with this is that you cannot really control the time it takes to complete the gig (sometimes 24 hours, sometimes 7 days), so how do you keep it consistent?

And even when you for example buy 100 social bookmarks or edu links, it doesn’t mean that they all get indexed at the same time does it?

And finally, should you target inner pages? Having a ton of links to the main url and nothing to inner pages is also a bit suspicious?

    Liked and +1ed!

Awesome Becker!, thank you so so much for posting this, I was literally refreshing like 5 times a day lol. Thank you for addressing my question about the timeframe. This is a second option to ranking a website right? mainly for more competitive words and your 11hr ranking is for special keywords I think I get it!.

I have a question though. On your other video the other day you say build web2.0 and 2.0, web2.0 are like tumblr, blogspot, right? and 2.0 are like deviantart, youtube, fb fan page?

Also, I tried to join your forum but it says admissions are closed, is there ANY way I can still get in?

Thank you SO MUCH, know that the time you take to write all of this means the world to some of us, like me.
    God Bless!

Ehi Becker, Filippo here. Thanks for your guide, it’s very complete. I have a question: senuke is a very good software but it’s not able to create links from the most important article directories (like amazine, sooper, ideamarketers etc etc). Which software do you use to create links to them?

  5. Mike
    September 29, 2012

    Nice post but …

what about dofollow versus nofollow? To pass PR juice, you mostly need dofollow backlinks right? What ratio would be best to stay under the radar. ;)

I expected that you would had mentioned that. Or, do you think it should be a given by now that dofollow is a must?

  6. Becker
    September 29, 2012

Hey Mike I dont really worry about this. Some people freak out over it and it isnt something I have ever paid much attention to. Hence why it is not in the guide

  10. Mike
    September 29, 2012

I would suggest that you mention your reasoning behind it on source-links and source-autopilot FAQ pages.

But can you explain why Google got on a hunting spree in January against private networks that offered dofollow links? If it’s nothing to “worry” about, why launch one for source-autopilot? It must have something more valuable than a nofollow links for you to start one and Google hunting them?

  11. Eric
    September 29, 2012

Becker could you pleaaaase respond to my question up there?

  12. Becker
    September 29, 2012

It had nothing to do with them being no follow or do follow. They went after them because they were blatantly manipulating the rankings very effectively

Again your thinking way to much about it no follow and do follow.

  13. Becker
    September 29, 2012

Hey the forums is not open right now nor is it in use

web 2.0s are blogs n stuff. Deviant art type stuff is profile pages

What weight do you place on the knowledge graph and linking all your social media accounts. Now there is a footprint we hope Google. In a recent post you provided a resource for insuring your pretty face shows up on Google next to that wonderful no spun content you create.
Do you think the knowledge graph approach is equally effective on both niche and authority sites, or would it lose potency if spread too thin?

Nice article by the way. Ill send my list friends your way.

Why ain’t there no smoke on the water Jim

  16. Becker
    September 30, 2012

Haha thanks for the traffic James =)

With that being said, knowledge graph SEO is still very up in the air and not something I would use on niche sites. For an authority site like Source Wave I am all about it though!

And after so many requests its looking like I am going to have to learn that song won’t I

  17. Becker

    September 30, 2012

Becker, this info kicks ass! Thanks so much, I learned more here than most WSO’s I grabbed this year!
Do you think there is any advantage in getting an aged older domain? If I purchased an older domain, could I skip the 2 week wait as far as linking goes and just blast the domain because it’s older and may have some authority already? I’ve gotten some confusing info about this topic so any opinion you have would be a big help. Thanks, source wave is really becoming my first stop now for SEO info!

Hey man, I was wondering two things. Please answer to both.
1- Does your backlinking strategy on Dream Niches still work to rank a micro niche?
2- Where do you use senuke xcr? tier one or two?

  21. September 30, 2012

I predict a flurry of “superhero clothes for hamsters” niche sites being indexed in the near future… :)

    Yo, good stuff, Dawg!

    September 30, 2012

    Hey Troy

I did not have a backlinking strategy in dream niches. I just built random backlinks to prove how easy it is to rank the sites

I use Senuke for everything besides creating high PR links =)

    Hope that helps!

  24. October 4, 2012

I am curious to find out what blog platform you happen to be utilizing?

I’m experiencing some small security problems with my latest blog and I would like to find something more risk-free. Do you have any recommendations?

  25. October 4, 2012

    Great post as usual Becker,
I would like to know what you do for Local G Places sites and onpage for their seo. I beleive you said this is good for youtube ranking but I would like to know if you do the same exact thing for local business websites? or if it’s just at a lower volume or pace of building? I have one in autopilot but just want make sure that it’s not getting to many links with.

Thanks, This is the best all around seo info on the web, and I’ve even paid for alot of it else where too.

  26. Becker
    October 5, 2012

    Hey Jeff

Local sites do not have many of the problems you see with niche sites. This is usually because they are not heaping piles of crap.

I usually use a blog network and high PR link building approach with their sites though

  27. Simon
    October 5, 2012

    Hey Becker,

First, great blog – no bullshit talking. Next to MJ de Marco you’re now my favourite guy over the Internet.

    Got two quick questions:

    * in the article you talk about 200% spun technique. Can you say more about this? Does your team spin on word, sentence and paragraph level? Any details would be appreciated.

    * many people (including you) say about “proper” % ratios of anchor text to make backlinking working good. However, in my niche (very competitive, 120k exact match local searches US) my top 5 competitors have anything from 60-90% of anchor text for keyword we target (checked via Ahrefs and Majestic). Should I try to mimic them or maybe keep so called “proper ratios”?

Thanks in advance and keep rocking with this blog!

  28. Becker
    October 5, 2012

Hey Simon, thanks for the love!

They spin at all levels, if you are really good at using the TBS software you can autospin chunks to speed up the process’

Really depends on your competitors. True authority sites can get away with murder!

  29. October 28, 2012

Great guide Becker. This is good for understanding some of the WHYs associated with link value, what I’d love to see in follow up posts in this series are some of the nitty gritty, how-to style details of how someone on a relatively low budget can put this knowledge to use.

  30. Derek
    October 29, 2012

    Hey Becker,

Do you do this same link strategy for every single page/post on a niche site? Meaning both links to the main domain as well as inner pages? Or are most of your niche sites single page sites and everything just points at the main domain.

  31. October 29, 2012

I’m checking out your Autopilot service as I’d like to join and give it a shot. The video on it seems old as it talks about opening the doors in August and that there is only one package available…yet the service appears to be open now with 3 packages available. What’s going on? Is it open and if so, why the old video?

Better seo information than any WSO I have read. Becker keep posting man you are an inspiration.

  33. October 29, 2012

    Hi Alex,

I really appreciate your passion to help others in their SEO endeavors, myself included. When you ask us above “Tell me what you want to see in the next one by commenting below!”
I would love to see your approach or blueprint to a 200% Uniqueness Article.
I have in the past had 8 articles 600 word count 5 paragraphs written 100% uniqueness each with 3% keyword density. Then combine all of these into ONE MASTER syntax included article whereas I am the only one using this master article (unlike ArticleBuilder service) that spits out a 93% plus uniqueness ( of course every time a spun article is placed on the web uniqueness creeps down) 5 paragraph article. Since I have now gone to having 12 articles written each 100% uniqueness varying between 300 to 800 word count varying between 3 to 10 paragraphs 1% to 3% keyword density LSI keywords included and including YT vids and images that are also “spun” at varying output locations within each article when “spun” article is produced.
Your “Article Uniqueness” blueprint and help here is much appreciated.
    Kind Regards,

  34. Howie

Here is a very specific question.
Sorry to ask you such details.. but I am sure any serious link builder would appreciate this!

    >>First week : Do nothing but build 10-20 good base links (more on this in a sec)

What sites do we build these base links on? Web 2.0′s?

    >>2nd week-4th week: Build 10 links a day from 2.0s, pdf, pr 1+ comments and social profiles OR simply throw them on one of my blog networks sites

Point to the pages on the site? or point to the base links we built in the 1st week??

    >>4th week- forever: build 50-100 links a day through link pyramids and other links

I hope you don’t mean build 50 to 100 pyramids to the site….
where does these 50 to 100 links point to? tier 1, 2, or 3?
add links to your pyramid? or build more pyramids??

  35. October 29, 2012

Hi, Becker; would also LOVE to get the answers to – “Howie October 29, 2012 at 9:06 am” questions

Thanks for the up to date info. on link building. There’s a lot of bad information going around and it’s great to hear from someone who is actually in the business of ranking sites.

  37. October 29, 2012

Very well boiled down to what will work and the pitfalls to avoid. This is a great checklist to have at hand for all new sites (and old)

Becker, thanks again for the great info. I`m learning a lot from you. It`s amazing how many “guru`s” are trying to get us to freak out about everything.

I have a question about your statement “I then send random anchor text links (names, click here, etc) to my main site to desaturate the anchor text”. Is this all pages on your site and where are these desaturate links coming from”.

    Thanks again

Thanks so much. I appreciate all the great content! You have now been added to my very small group of trusted and respected marketers and SEO ers.

I can’t say that about everyone, but you are on the list! It’s refreshing to get great, quality content without being ‘pitched to all the time!

    Glad I found you..

  43. January 11, 2013

Hey Becker! Fantastic stuff. I have a site already up and running, and my question is in terms of getting those high PR links from the Fiverr gigs for the PR 5-8s would it still be possible/advisable? My site has been running since last June 2012. If not, is there any way to correct course? Thanks for your help!

  44. March 3, 2013

Hey Becker, always glad to see an article posted, a guide, anything from Source-wave is worth a lot to us guys out there. This was a very clear and definitive guide. will keep it handy. Thanks a bunch. (If you can’t tell…I am one of your other students, doing Seo from a far, far away foreign land – guess to receive un premio favoloso..)

Brilliant information and it is totally aligned with another great source I use for training in the IM space. Fantastic! And I’ll be checking out Source Links now too.

  48. March 4, 2013

    Becker, you wrote:
“4th week- forever: build 50-100 links a day through link pyramids and other links”

If I may play devil’s advocate here, isn’t that an awful lot of links to build per day, and is that really necessary? I take it these are automated Senuke links pointed to 2nd or 3rd tier only? Still I question the value of so many links… Can you comment on this?

Also the question above from Howie on Oct 29…

  49. March 4, 2013

    Hey Becker,

That’s one great summation of the factors involved in getting good links.

I’ve been enjoying your videos, and still have more to watch. Now, with this Guide, I’ve got to spend even more time on your site looking at you text material. It’ll help fill in those wasted hours between midnight and dawn!

Keep up the good work. Thanks,

  54. March 4, 2013

    Hi Becker

I have kinda been sailing under the radar for awhile now, reading your posts and archives. Excellent stuff. A lot of our clients are now being referred to your website for SEO knowledge as I think you put it in a really great way that they can easily understand.

We use you as an example of a great marketer – someone who may sell products but offers VALUE in return. So many marketers want to take without giving back or developing a good relationship. Content (unique and useful) is KING!
Great job! Wish you every success!

Also is a broken link, when googling “source links,” nothing relevant comes up either…?

  56. March 4, 2013

    Hi Becker,

Great post / handbook, the only thing what i do not understand is; “On the flip side if you are a cooking site and you have links from video game sites Google is not going to take you nearly as seriously”

This is exactly what you preach, buying high & strong PR domains, put there relevant content on it (niche content) and watch the results…

Always incredible content! I can’t believe you just give this stuff away thats awesome, people make courses and charge a fortune and don’t give out as much quality information as you do I love it!

I have one question tho, you say for articles you go for 200% uniqueness, I have had alook around odesk and places like that and it seems people mainly do 90 to maybe 100%

I know you say you do it in source auto pilot but it seems to be closed, could you recommend anywhere to get uniqueness of that level outsourced

Thanks again for your quality information I still am amazed how much you just give out I bet the seo ‘gurus’ dont really like you very much

Hi Becker!! Another great Omega guide for sure. Thank you for taking the time to write it.

You said after the 4th week of a new site, you start building 50-100 links DAILY “forever” through link pyramids and other links…. Do you do this ONLY with Senuke??

I’m asking because they have a limited amount of link sources (for example, only 10 pdf sites) and if you’re going to be building 50 backlinks, day after day… aren’t you gonna start to “repeat” the backlinks??

  60. March 4, 2013

You deserve a “knighthood” as well as “sainthood” and a HUGE measure of thanks
from those of us on your list because you try to give us info that most experts

    Great site and guide.
You talk about most seo’s not using proxies.
I thought that google was unable to tell the source IP of
the author of a piece of linking content such as an
    article or blog comment etc.
I understand that the owner of the site the you are trying
to post to might ne able to identify multiple submissions
from different accounts on the same IP and ban you but can
    Google really identify that too???
I thought that the main reason for using proxies during
autosubmission was to prevent the urged site from
banning/flagging your account, not to avoid a google
    Am I wrong here?
Can’t wait to get this clarified.

Also: do you know anywhere that we can get some good
training on how to use proxies for tools like SEN XCr etc?

Great post Becker, thanks mate. Interesting to learn how you do your SEO and that you still use SE Nuke. I think the real key are diverse base links and relevant high page rank links along with anchor text diversity. Need to build a high PR network. Thanks for the info.

Hey Becker, had a quick question. Say u comment on pr5 page. Does it give your site the same amount of power if you comment with a random name, etc. as your anchor text vs. leaving your keyword phrase anchor text?

I don’t mean for ranking for the keyword phrase, that’s a given. But I mean does it still give the same authority to your site since afterall you’re still leaving A link on a pr5 page.

  81. May 22, 2013

Hey Becker! I love this SHIT! The information you are giving is worth so much!!! I just started a new site and had no idea about the PR links and how much they really help. I am going to get a gig from that Fiverr link you recommended.

I can’t wait until you open Auto Pilot, I’m going to have to get a piece of that for sure.

    Thanks for everything!

  82. May 29, 2013

    Hi Becker,

I found your blog and I looove it!!! I am reading the hole day insteed fo working:)
I have a question, what’s with your Autopilot-service? It is closed now, will you reopen it?

  83. June 3, 2013

    Hi Becker,
Thanks for taking the time to put all of this together.

Regarding the N/A PR of new articles on article directories, pages authority sites like ezine articles tend to acquire PR with time, some of mine are PR 3 and 4. Don’t you think it’s a good long term strategy?

  84. June 4, 2013

    Hey Becker…

I just bought a pr5… however it’s something along the lines of “”…. lol.

It’s got 130k backlinks, great trust flow and such. It’s also not deindexed or penalized in any way.

You have any reason NOT to grab a former porn site?

My one concern is that it only has 30 referring domains… what if these domains are controlled by the same individual, and the guy just gets rid of the links that point to this site?

Anyway… thank you a ton, I am spending a lot of time studying and taking notes before I get my SEO service up and running. I want to be ready… but am honestly chomping at the bit to get started… I want to start running soon.

    Thank you, you RULE,
